Cranked Coffee
Great coffee and good table service until my client and I moved outside for chat as there was a long line to pay. We where shouted at by a stressed staff member thinking where going to leave without paying. Understand as I'm sure that happens all the time. When I went to pay I highlighted that it was rude and embarrasing, but there was no apology or humility from the staff who doubled down and continued to be rude in front of other patrons, with a 'have a nice day' when she had taken my money. Wont be taking clients there anymore.

Great Cafe with indoor seating and outdoor seating under a gazebo and umbrellas. Also 3 x seater outdoor furniture with large umbrella. Coffee was good and lactose free milk available.I ate the chicken burger which was very tasty with heaps of chips.At the time I went it wasn't very busy which is a bit of a shame being a lunchtime.Service was prompt and helpful.

The coffee was good but the table service and the engagement process (with the customer) was woeful. We had an issue with our bill and no matter what was said we were at fault. We were told it was table service only (to avoid counter queues) however there was a counter queue anyway as that’s how customers pay the bill. This place has not delivered for weeks now we will be looking elsewhere

Dining experience was average. Waitress took forever and tables weren’t cleaned down. High chairs are filthy. Food is ok.What did disappoint me was that I had a voucher to use off ‘parent parcel’ and when trying to use it was abruptly told by the (assume manager) that it was old and from the previous owners and he walked away. Extremely poor customer service. No need to be rude to your customers. Also- you should probably investigate what commitments the old owners made in terms of vouchers so you can have them cancelled or removed. Or at least put a sign up stating you are not honouring them.

used to be our fave brunch spot but not anymore!! service was horrendous, the waitress was flirting with male customers and putting on lip balm, and then completely ignored my friend and i. when taking our order she was stretching her arms all over the place and was rude and blunt. drinks took ages to come out and were slammed silently on the table with no apology or recognition, even though we were both fully done with our meals by the time they arrived. the young guy working was doing his best, but the waitress he was working with was so rude and unprofessional :(

My partner is a big fan of your coffee and drove me across the river to share his love. Still haven't tasted it! Table service you said. Waitress never made it out the big doors for the 10 minutes we were there. Everyone has staff issues but don't do table service if you can't carry it off.

The service was alright but the lady handle us changing out orders well on her second day. There’s no ac so not ideal for hot summer days. The food was average and not very enjoyable to eat but reasonably prices. The range of milk for coffee was wonderful too. In an ideal stop but could do better on their taste

With ordering using the table app, I was disappointed that what I asked for did not actually come out.Stack of 4 pancakes… only got 3.Ordered a mocha… was brought out a hot chocolate instead. Only after a few mouthfuls realised there was zero caffeine in it. C’mon Cranked. For a busy breakfast spot, you can do better than this. Considering Leederville has many other places for breakfast, will choose elsewhere next time.
