Magic Hand Car Wash Southport

I recently used Magic Hand and was very pleasantly surprised. This was only recently opened and their service and work standard were considerably higher than the previous owners.The whole operation had been given a fresh makeover and it lifted their professionalism from the word go. A very diligent job for what amounted to a basic service (cost $60.00). Good customer service, including an opportunity to rate them on just two questions given soon afterwards.I would have no hesitation in recommending this company both to regular and first-time customers.

I am pleasantly surprised how nice, polite & efficient everyone I dealt with was, the environment of the lounge & Cafe was so clean & comfortable listening to relaxing music & reading through current magazines when I received a SMS to tell me the car was ready , wow ! , couldn’t believe it took such a short time & what an exceptional job in such short time, reason being I guess was the two gals & two guys who worked as a perfect team of 4 virtually under our eyes as we took a breather in the comfortable environment.No wonder we saw so many expensive , luxury cars there, obviously they have earned their trust, they certainly won us over, we’ll become regulars without a doubt.

Have never been one to pay for car wash service but after today I will be a returning customer. Was greeted promptly with a friendly atmosphere, and my car looks and feels wonderful. Nice little area to sit and wait with self serve tea and coffee, thank you MHCW ❤️ keep up the superb service.

An excellent car-wash experience today. A new crew has taken over and upgraded this car wash business. Very efficient, car came out spotless. Very friendly and nice waiting area where you can watch the progress on a bank of TV monitors.

Due to having such a big car and I can’t go to track fed car washes as I have 35’ wheels I have been going to these guys for awhile now and they do an amazing job. So if you have a big 4WD and need a wash this is the place to go.

First time visiting Magic Hand Car Wash. Very happy with the service. I haven’t had my car cleaned in sooooo long and I have 3 young children and a dog so it was super dirty. They cleaned and washed my car thoroughly and for a great price. I got to enjoy a free coffee and see on the screen my car being cleaned as there are cameras installed all throughout. Thank you for the great service. I’ll be back.

5 star service! This will definitely be my go too from now on for cash washing. Everyone was super nice & polite here. I got a car wash at 1.30pm and was finished by 1.45pm. I didn’t have to wait around and they were so fast!My car looks Immaculate, best car wash I’ve had in a long time. Top level service, thanks guys!

Absolutely superb!! They did a great wash and clean in and out of my vehicle. I also noticed someone had made a scratch across my rear door extending over the wheel arch (maybe from a key). It was slightly scratched through the paint (I could feel with my nail). I asked if they could attempt to make it look a bit better or I’d be up for a small fortune and a hassle organising to get it fixed. They took it to the back and used a drill with buffer and I think cutting polish and managed to completely get it out. I offered them $50 or $100 three times but they said honestly no problem happy to help. I said the very least I can do is leave a 5 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ review. What great guys. I really wanted to pay extra because was such a time saver and money saver for me. Thanks guys!!!!! We need more like you in the service industries.
