Our dog had a lump that I wanted inspected. The vet didn't really do anything, she didn't even seem confident or comfortable with touching our dog (maltese x); basically sent me away and said to monitor the lump myself then come back if it changed in size or started bleeding. Made me feel like they just wanted me to pay now, then come back and pay again later.It was literally a 2min consult, with no answer, a waste of time really. Other vets have told me the same thing over the phone to save me going in for an initial visit.

They have always taken such good care of my little dog, they’ve always called with updates, given detailed instructions and information, the team are so friendly and welcoming.
