Nerida Yoga
Nerida runs a professional but laid-back outfit. I always feel I have options if I want to try something new or modify a pose. Time slots are great for working parents. There is a real community vibe at this studio — look out for special appearances from Mabel!

Nerida Yoga is local, affordable, and run by an experienced teacher. I always feel much better in body and mind after a class. I recommend these classes for anyone seeking to improve their health.

Nerida Yoga
Nerida has an in-depth knowledge of yoga and loves to share every aspect of it with her students. I absolutely love her classes!The studio is bright and airy and has amazing spring-wood floors which are great for new students and those managing injuries. There are also free studio mats and props that you can use - so if you’re a new student you can just show up and you’re ready to go.Five stars!!

I have been going to Nerida Yoga for about seven years now and never once has Nerida faltered in her consistent professionalism and providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere whether it is a one, two or twenty person class. I also like that Nerida walks about and teaches, guides and corrects, So with Nerida you can be quite sure she is keeping an eye on you so with a gentle word or touch she makes sure you don't overextend, or get into bad habits, or risk hurting yourself. Mabel the cat keeps a close eye on things, too!!

Nerida has found the exact combination of strength building and relaxation in her yoga classes. She inspires me every time to live more in peace with myself and my surroundings. I can highly recommend her classes if you want to tone your body or pause the chaos in your head and let go of all the business of the day.
