Precise Automatics

Was told I needed to pay 4k for a new computer in my RAV and that it was very common for the computers in them to fail and that there was no guarantee I wouldn't then need a new transmission still. Couldn't provide any sort of diagnostics print out but tried to charge me $100. When I refused he told me I had to come get my car off their property before 5pm or they'd charge me for having it there. I took the day off work so I could come get my car before 5 and have since had a diagnostics done on my car which revealed the computer to be fine.*Edit. The owner is correct in that I mixed up the prices. So, I was told I’d need to replace the computer for $1200 and then would most likely still need a new transmission for $4500. Not sure how that’s any better, but go off sir.

Great price and great service. i have known Neil since 1983 and he is a craftsman at his trade. He is a great fella and would sit as one of the, if not the most accredited Auto Transmission rebuiders in Australia.

I was blown away by the service, the pricing and the knowledgeable advice given to me on my car and my transmission. I had taken my car to the dealers twice to be fixed, they could not locate the issue. Neil personally attended to my car and the problem was identified within an hour! So impressed. These guys have been in business for 35 years and what they don't know about cars isn't worth knowing. I am a regular customer now and would not consider going elsewhere. Old fashioned service with attention to detail. I'm only sorry I didn't review them when my problem started 12 months ago, just remembering after my last service, in and out ahead of scheduled time! Major issues with our car. Neil diagnosed and sorted the issues within 48hrs. The car is like new again. Ty.

After sales service is not the best not happy when I had dreamers with the th350 rebuild although thay did repair felt after 500 k's of use . I did have to remove the transmission at my own workshop and take it back and reinstall the thans my selfe I also had to re full the oil all cost me time and the extra cost of replacing the oil

Spoke with some arogant a-hole on the phone, couldn't help, couldn't give me any advice as to who could help. Told me he wasn't interested and to keep ringing around.... some professional transmission builder hah!!Wouldn't recommend, was even referred this company through a mutual friend!

Took my car in for a service two years ago and was told I needed a complete Auto rebuild and I would be lucky if it lasted a month if I did not. Two years later it's still running fine this makes me question this business integrity
