This guys are just not good. No service to India. Then how can they claim anywhere in the world?

Absolutely terrible. They quoted up to 90 days for my suitcase to be delivered via sea from London to Sydney. 5 months later I'm still waiting with no new ETA. The customer service staff although apologetic are not providing any reimbursement or action based solutions to rectify this issue.

I shipped some boxes from Europe to Australia a few months ago. If only SevenSeas would face up to the commitment they make to deliver your goods safely. But they don’t. All nice and friendly on the phone. Boxes delivered, picked up, shipped and dropped off, no problem. But what happens when you open a box and find something broken? Disappointing, but these things happen, that’s why you take out insurance. So you make a claim, providing Seven Seas with photographic proof of the broken item and explaining in detail what has happened. Then the nonsense begins. Seven Seas fob you off to their broker Jelf, Jelf peruse their giant book of reasons not to pay out on a valid claim and inform you that their, surely ironically named “treating people fairly” policy means they can’t possibly reimburse you for the item Seven Seas have broken.Simply put, both Seven Seas and Jelf will rely on hard to substantiate small print in their insurance documentation to avoid paying out and, in my opinion, should be avoided at all costs. They seem to lack any concept of morality or fair play.

My family and I recently moved from Canada to Australia and I cannot fault the entire experience from Seven Seas. There was clear and detailed instructions provided as to what would happen through the entire process and every person I dealt with, either in person or over the phone was knowledgeable, friendly and well spoken.Yes, there was a little effort required on our side to make sure everything was packed and inventoried properly, but I believe by us spending the time to do this properly from the start made this an easy move. They met every date and time they committed to, and there was NO hidden charges or expenses from my side. What was provided on the original quote is exactly what we paid.I will have NO hesitation in recommending Seven Seas for any of my friends or family who will ever need to move internationally.Thank you to everyone at Seven Seas who was involved!

Unclear packing instructions for suitcases, no control or communication of/with their thrid party operators, poor and inconsistant customer service, innacturate and unclear tracking information, incredibly long shipping times. Definately do not recommend using this company to ship you things. The cheaper price is not worth the hassle.

In February we sent one case home to Ireland from Australia. It contained Christmas presents for our nieces and nephews and I thought by sending it in February it would definitely arrive on time. How wrong was I!!!!They picked it up from us and we were told when it gets to the port we pay the last instalment and they will deliver it to my mams address. At this stage they would not take my mams address and said they would get it at a later stageAll was good until about 4 weeks ago I got an email to say it had arrived and I need to pay the final installment, so I called them the next day and paid and they arranged to send it to my mams address adress on Friday. My mam stayed in all day and it never arrived so i called Monday and they said it hasnt cleared customs yet. When I asked why was I told it had and was being delivered she said she was unsure and she would call me back. An hour later I got a call to say that due to new Irish custom rules they couldnt deliver my package unless I was in the country. I was fuming and told them I should have been told about this when I sent the package or at least an exception should be made as I sent the package in February. She went away and said she would speak with a manager and called back last night to say there willing to store it free of charge until I can come home and collect it. Which isnt until next year! This is just completely unexceptable but as I can see now others have sadly gone through the same

I shipped from Aus to NZ and then back again. It was quick and easy to organize online. Phone consultants were excellent when I called and we had no issues with anything being lost or damaged.Only improvement would be the tracking feature. It’s not overly accurate
