I do not know who is Sassy but, I got amazing treatment in here. I'd been here 2 weeks ago. I'd been treated by Ying. The treatment was so amazing and she made my muscle relieved and also my all the tension was gone by him. I will visit here again. And, I will rate 5 star for this Serenity's service.

The best spa treatment I’ve ever received in Melbourne! The staff members were lovely, the place was fantastic, and the facial and deep tissue massage was one of the best. I’ve had was so relaxing that I nearly fell asleep when it was finished. I should have book for a longer time. I will definitely come back again. Thanks Serenity By Sassy

Had the signature pampering special today and it was amazing value. Ying is an amazing therapist, also very friendly and was able to adapt the treatment due to me being heavily pregnant. Felt very relaxed after. Highly recommend!

Very friendly customer service from the ladies here both over the phone and in person. I had the remedial massage and my masseuse was very thorough making sure to work on all the problem areas specified with the right amount of pressure, left feeling amazing. Will definitely be coming back, highly recommended.

Bought a great deal from their website, had a really good facial and amazing massage. The masseur Ying just seemed to find all the tight spots and massage all the knots out in her firm but non-painful techniques. Highly recommended.
