Had an interview, got the jobNever heard from them againI repeatedly called them and was always told I would get a call back and that lasted for about a month before I finally gave up.good way to waste $500

Doesn't matter what experience you have or degree you have, they choose whom will go through to the interview based on how you play the group activity. Unprofessional, unethical. I will definitely apply with an other company who will take their future employees seriously and fairly. I have never felt so humiliated by a company. They think they are Dr Phil. They have no right to judge you in a 5 minutes game when they don't even know what your capacities and skill are. Definitely needs staff development

The most childish piece of interviewing i have ever encountered. The wage offered is way below the poverty line. The communication was abysmal from the (so called) operations manager post interview , name withheld. Initially you sit around a table with all job seekers going through your life work history.....Unsure why strangers need to know your business....and then asked to explain to the group why you would like to be employed by this company. It was interesting the way people act when needing employment. When people were spilling their guts management were whispering to each other which i found rude. Then the management do their power point explanation of who's who n the hood and explaining the wage structure and praising how good they are at running a smooth operation.....well then i nearly choked on the my coffee......approx $20 per hr but wait for it.....Cheap Airfares!!!! They think that is the deal breaker....Last time i checked cheap airfares DO NOT pay the bills. Management finally explained i never had the experience to be a Baggage Handler....I can lift bags as good as anyone lol !!
