Cotton On

Super helpful and lovely staff. The girl who served us was wearing pink pants and had a cat tattoo with good vibes.

Cotton on is one of my favourite stores but it has terrible customer service I was with my friends trying on clothes not a lot just a couple but then one of the staff said to us to get out unless we were buying anything and keep in mind there was no line up and we weren’t hogging either the time other women next to us said that she would rather see us at cotton on then smoking or something I will definitely not be coming back only to other cotton ons so rude I’m disappointed this is one of my favourite shops

Great price on sale items. However overcharged me. Got refunded without hassle. Good service.

It is what it is,there are some nice things,but a little kids tshirt for $35 is too expensive,in my opinion,seems very overpriced for what a lot of it seems to be imported clothes.It use to be more selective l thought,but now a lot looks like that cheap supre(some people will remember this)or shein these days.

so my 2 daughters were browsing and trying on clothes yesterday in your store and after spending in excess of $200 they were stopped outside by security guards as they were called by staff on suspicion of shop lifting the shop assistant followed them out of the store and told the security guard to check the baby bag as she seen my daughter put something in there to which my 2 daughters were horrified that this complaint was made as they had stolen nothing and upon searching said bag it was evident they were telling the truth . what i am not happy with is the non apology from the staff member Very lucky i was not with them as i would have taken back the clothes they purchased and got a full refund . its not hard to sayIm sorry I made a mistake

Great, friendly service, always seem to have what I'm looking for, 10/10, would cotton on again;

Clothes usually cheap but often enough shirts shrink after washing them. Would recommend buying a larger size, also please put on the air-conditioning, it is boiling in store.
