Great service and excellent price

This company sold me a great system and I love the fact they call and for service as I would forget. However I’m very disappointed in the way they put in cheaper filters last time . I showed them they had made my water more acidic than the tap water. They came back and replaced the required remineralising cartridge . They said they would make a note of my requirements for quality filters. This did not happen this year despite reminding them often in several calls to make a time. My water filter is delivering such acidic water my family are feeling sick. We are back having to drink the normal tap water and Ive not heard from them regarding fixing this. This company need to review their service protocols. People who are prepared to pay for expensive systems care about water and will pay for the right filters. Check your water ph after their service - they don’t even carry a ph testing kit.

The installer left a giant mess, and water all over the floor. They insisted on installing a pressure reducer for an extra $50. Now the water comes out so slowly it's almost unusable. It takes a whole minute to fill the kettle. I've tried calling several times to have the issue addressed and have not received a response. Not good enough. I would look elsewhere to a company with better customer service.

This company is very pushy. They continue to call me to try and sell me a service to replace the filter on my water filter. I told them I did not want a new filter yet and that I would contact them when I was ready. I have had 5 calls since March and each time they are pushy. I told them to stop calling me but they keep calling, on one occasion the female was rude to me when I said no. I'm at the stage where I have to block their numbers. They harass you until they get your business. Don't bother with them.

Doggy people not even qualified person for the service they provide and keep trying to call or send sms for service ,I told them do not callMe or send me SMS but they still doing

Sultan came out earlier than booked time which I very much appreciated.He thoroughly steamed cleaned the filter holders and replaced my old ones.He was professional and courteous.This is the only reason the company has received 4 star rating.My one criticism is that I had to call about 3 times on the day it was booked as well as a about twice a few days before trying to confirm and ascertain approximate time of the gentleman was due to come out.I'm not impressed with the lack of follow up despite myself trying to confirm.I'm hesitant to have them out next year...

I had an undersink water filter installed by this company. Installation was quick, the job was very neat, and it works a treat. No issues here. I've read the comments about the follow up calls - you'd expect that wouldn't you? Don't people want after sales services anymore? Just goes to show you'll never be able to please everybody.

Absolute sly company. If you want reoccurring payments from your customers through changing filters don't resort to lying and demanding call out fees for completely unscheduled visits.My mother had and unscheduled visit to which they kept telling her she scheduled the appointment over the phone in early December... which was a complete lie. They said she would need to reschedule and be charged a call out fee.I checked her phone records to which she recieved no calls in early December (she only uses messenger). The only time they called was the day prior from a private number three times (to which she did not answer).If you're looking for a water filter solution from an honest company then stay away. Would not be surprised if this company specifically targets the older crowd in hopes they won't remember.

Had called them 3 times last week every time to be told that they will find someone and return my call which never happened. In the mean time I got quotes from 2 other companies. We wanted a full house and a 5 stage reverse osmosis system. But my husband doesn't want to deal with this company anymore after seeing this irresponsible behaviour.
