Not happy with this mob. Took my stihl whipper snipper in to get fixed as it wouldnt start. 5 weeks later still isn't fixed. They say they were waiting on a part they put the part in now they say it needs a new carby and it would cost over $200 to get it installed and running. It cost $199 brand new. They had the cheek to charge me $100 for nothing I got it back in the same condition as when I took it in. Got ripped off big time I was warned about going there but didn't listen. I sure won't be going back there again.

Brought my FS38 in to get a minor issue sorted on Monday and buy a larger new unit, but they did not have the unit in stock they recommended. Staff and sign clearly told me they are open Saturday. Tried calling on Friday to find out how they went with the FS38, but couldn't get through. Got a text telling me it is ready to collect Saturday morning, so tried calling again without getting an answer. Drove all the way to Mareeba to collect, just to be ignored by the people inside the store with a 'Closed for stock take' sign in the window.Not impressed, especially since they operate in a rural town and this is pretty basic stuff. Will be another week without my trimmer.Would not recommend. Go to Atherton Sithl stop instead, they have been able to sort everything for my chainsaw straight away.

Quality products but generally highly priced, also follow-up services too expensive. The opposition offered better immediate and value for money service.
