The store itself was fine. Why I was unhappy is the coffee machine was not working. I suppose this happens but you would like to see it fixed. I got the sense they didn't really care as it is only a very small part of the business. We had gone there specifically for this one item and for something this basic to be unavailable is disappointing... The staff were pleasant just disinterested.

I wanted to purchase a hot pie but ALL the parking bays, including the disabled, were full with uber cars. The drivers were all standing around in the store drinking their coffee and conversing so loudly. As a disabled permit holder, I complained to the counter staff about the lack of parking, who just ‘waved’ me on. Won’t ever be returning to the ‘taxi rank’.

I come here almost every Saturday, Sunday and Monday evening/night. The man that works those days and times is always friendly. The store is always clean and stocked when i am in. I find it one of the best 7/ Eleven.

Its the third time i am experiencing this with a specific staff member. I like 7 elevens cofees and their hot milks. Whenever this person is on duty there is no choclate sprinkler or its always empty. Apart from refilling it or providing the sprinkler he always says they dont have it. In general his behaviour is always rude. His name is Manveer"."

Very rude asian guy working at counter he was shouting at me. And i got hot milk which is cold and tastes bad. The owner needs to look at guy who works at counter he has seriouse attitude issue.Definetly not coming back.

Love the new machines offering fruit smoothies and coffee frappes. Also great to see environmentally friendly straws and cups. Would like to see dairy-free options.

Long story short very dodgy! One of the weirdest interactions I have had, I filled up with 95 and used the 711 app to lock in fuel for 1.55. 95 was 1.66 at the pump and he said the fuel was cheaper here at 1.54 but that was 91 which I didn't fill up with... so said I couldn't use the lock but was about to charge my card for 1.66 priced fuel. Anyways showed him that the amount of litres I got shouldn't add up to the price he wanted to charge my card but wouldn't budge and I ended up just paying as there was people behind but he definitely just didn't want me to use the 711 locked price even though 711 heavily advertise it.

Average servo. Prices can be better than the larger chains at times. Lots of pumps available.Great variety of products in store of fresh and packaged food.Some parking available too if required.
