The Castle Hill team have been so helpful when our pool turned green (due us doing renovations at our place). They were very professional and provided clear instructions on what needed to be done, quoted it and did the work within the week. They are so knowledgeable and provide great advise. We have been using them for over 18 months now and I like that the service team use WhatsApp to not only communicate with their customers, but provide commentary and pictures of each service when done….So you don’t need to be home to get this done! The team are reliable, turn up on time and deliver consistent quality of service. Highly recommended.

As a first time pool owner, the team and service at Poolwerx Castle Hill has been excellent. They were happy to come around and walk me through basic pool maintenance and were quick to replace my old faulty filter. They even set up a very convenient private WhatsApp group that I can use to ask the pool technicians questions at any time without having to go in to the store.

Efficient and reliable! The team has been looking after our pool for quite sometime now and I am very happy with their service. They have a WhatsApp group which keeps everyone (shop and household members) up to date. I didn’t have enough time to look after the pool but because of their well organized team, it stays clean and ready to be used throughout the year!

Poolwerx team has been amazing to reach out. They heard my pool problems and technician was on time early morning to discuss through filter and water testing.Staff were supportive on WhatsApp to guide for consultation and discuss through after visit too which shows their customer service and commitment.

I’ve been a customer of Castle Hill for 3 years. Perry, Tim and the team always pay detailed attention to every need I have. They have helped me get my pool into being the best pool in the neighbourhood (all the kids want to swim here). They are always available and responsive via WhatsApp. I’ve used a couple of other shops before them so I know what the others are like. These guys know their pools and I can’t recommend them highly enough.

The guys at the Castle Hill PoolWerx were great. I had a quote delivered promptly and then had someone out to replace 3 pool lights within a short timeframe. Communication and service were brilliant.
