This is the best sex shop I’ve ever been to. The people are respectful and kind. They are always helpful and give you space if you want it. Very clean and spacious store with a good display of everything they have.

Was served by a knowledgeable and friendly worker named Sarah who helped me feel comfortable and figure out what I was after.

Went there over the weekend and as friendly as the person working there was when we wanted help with something, once we decided on what we wanted we walked around having a look at other things She wouldn’t leave us alone to do so. Every time we stood looking at something she’d chime in and start telling us what else is available etc. it only was it making us feel as though we were being closely watched, it also started to make us feel quite uncomfortable. Given we were t left alone to just browse, we ended up leaving with what we had and didn’t bother getting anything else. We have been there twice in a month. Both times it became impossible to browse in comfort. Didn’t like the vibe of the shop either. Doubt we’ll be going back there.

I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly customer service girl Sarah. She made me feel less awkward and had great advice about personal toys. This little beauty was astonishing it made me feel like I wanted to open a bottle of champers, pour two glasses and get to know her all the better. Thanks for the great time Sexy Land.

My partner and I always enjoy coming in and just having a look around for what excitement we can add to the bedroom as the space is nice and open. They also have nice range of products for both men and women as well as for couples of either orientations which I know other stores do not. Pricing is a bit on the expensive side but not having to pay for shipping and waiting for delivery kind of justifies it.I have to also mention that the customer service is exceptional. The girls Bree and Dani are very professional, greeting us when we walked in and giving us the space and time to look around without being bombarded with questions! Then when it came time to ask, they were very helpful and insightful.So for Adult shopping, this has been one of the best stores I've been too.

I went into the morphet Vale store only because I was led to believe that they were reasonable priced I'm sorry but they are far from reasonable priced I found a product in their that I brought two years ago at a much lower price 3 x less than they were advertising it for today and yes it is the exact same product by the same maker as the one I have but I also found myself being watched like I was up to know good as I had not been there before I walked around the hole store looking at their range and prices with eyes on me every were I went within the store only to find out that their prices were way out of my budget range.

Great store set up and massive range of items. The lady was extremely helpful and knowledgable, friendly and easy to talk to.

Gotta say that the helpful friendly staff are great was nervous at first but they made me feel comfortable and i look forward to seeing them again soon

Bought a item that required batteries when I got to the car realised they were not so I went back in and spoke to the girls on the counter and she very happily exchange the product.... happy girl..great service..
