Very rude! When my young daughter asked which flavours were vegan, he questioned why she was vegan - suggesting she was forced and then said “see these teeth here (pointing to canines), they are for eating meat”. 1. Don’t be so rude and arrogant 2. Keep your opinions to yourself and 3. Get your facts right.

Owner was handing out free samples and myself and my group walked past. He turned to us and offered a sample, I declined by saying no thankyou" with a smile.He turned to me and said quiet Rudely "I wasn't talking to you

Ice creams are not bad but person running the store is totally rude and has no other interest then taking your money. He is the one killing his own business.

Best ice-cream, bestest coffee, great range of toasties, muffins etc. I travel from busso just for donuts yummy. Staff excellent.

Horrible greasy donuts I have ever had in Australia. The old guy was rude and harsh! Most unfriendly staff I have ever seen in Australia, too! Ended up I just threw away the donuts! Waste my calories

Great owner, wonderful experience, enjoyed the way the owner matched our palette with his flavors. Visiting from Canada glad we stopped in. The coffee and orange pairing was just what I needed. Good work . Stat vertical and keep giving people your joy . Two thumbs up.

Melted ice cream, when my wife asked to have a refund because the thick shake was like water due to the melted ice cream the old fat guy behind the counter was was extremely rude to my wife and also rude to his employee. After telling his employee to “shut up and go away” he said he wasn’t going to give a refund because “that’s what we chose” I definitely won’t go back and I would suggest the poor young employee find a new workplace because no should have to cop that behaviour at work.
