Used to be alot better but you've changed the Drive Thru menu and don't have prices up for meals only single burgers, You used to have post mix drinks and now it's just canned drinks, you've changed the chips and made them worse, you've changed the buns to seeded ones which aren't as good either and you don't have any sort of kids meals. I'll be trying other burger places next time.

On Tuesdays burgers are $5. At that price point they’re pretty much unbeatable. While they’re not up there with your gourmet burger joints, for $5 they smash McDonalds, HJs, etc.Burgers are full of flavour, chicken seems to be great quality. Beef is nice and has a different taste to most places, not that that’s bad.Shake was thick, flavourful and delicious.In pic: Southern Belle, John Wayne, Kinder Loaded Shake.

Have tried each burger on the menu at least once and enjoyed them all. Their service has always been timely and friendly for us without exception. I prefer these to any of the generic fast food restaurants. The ten dollar deals are incredible, but even at full price these meals are a solid choice for burger nights.

Your fries were the best thing on the menu and my friends and I used to go all the time just to get them. WAY better than McDonald's and HJ's. Now you have changed to thick chips with a different seasoning. If everyone in reviews is raving about them, why would you change? Never coming back now. You have lost MULTIPLE customers.

Got stared at by staff member several times with no attempt to be served at burger counter. Other counter worker looked like he would rather be anywhere but there.

Great workers!!! Food was amazing!! Actually a pretty good chill spot to sit and charge your phone having some food. Overall amazing!!!. Who ever made the chips at 7 to 8 pm on 10th of October needs a raise ngl.

Chips were actually fantastic, 100% better than maccas or kfc.Nuggets also were very good.Burger was a bit of a let down, they need to change the way they do their beef patty and i think that would be great.Got the dessert nachos, didn't like them at all.Had to wait about 15 minutes, which isn't a deal breaker. Overall, I would definitely go back

Went to Burger X who only had ice cream and coffee shown on their digital menu. When asked if they could switch to the burger menu I was told no for no real reason and wasn't even offered to see a hard copy of the menu. I queried how I will supposed to leave my order if I don't know what I can order. Again, no real help so I took my business elsewhere and won't be returning.
