Coutts Blacktown have managed our properties for 10+ years and we wouldn't choose anyone else. They provide exceptional service and look after our tenants really well. Communication is first class. Whenever I need information about a lease or tenant issue, Daniella responds quickly with what is required and is always super friendly. Gino calls regularly to update us on new or potential tenants. Still holding 60k bond payment after 2 months. No communication or attempts to resolve any issues. Have to get lawyers, Business Commissioner and tribunals involved just to get these guys to do their job. If you’re thinking of renting think again. Save yourself the headache and money and find a different agency. Not sure how they’re still allowed to practice. Very unprofessional from day 1. We’ll be claiming interest for the delays and legal costs.

Do not recommend leasing from Gino and team. Extremely difficult to deal with and will continue to make requests to do their best to avoid returning your bond. Save yourself the headache and STAY AWAY

I can not recommend Coutts enough, Daniella has been amazing, prompt and always reliable. Changing over to Coutts is the best decision I have made.

When you instruct your agent to manage your property, you expect that they will keep a keen eye on damage caused by a tenant and have it rectified at tenants cost . . not just be a rent collection agency. Coutts have managed our properties for 30 years and our properties are being maintained in excellent manner. Coutts protects our investment from damage, how so ever caused.Coutts staff, in particular Tahlee, act with utmost respect to tenants and owners always.I address the poor reviews as bulldust.

The worst commercial agency to deal with. I purchased a property from them and they did not account the rent they were holding on trust to me to me, instead issued it to the previous vendor to settle outstanding debts the with the other owner which the tenant did not want to pay. This is misappropriation of trust funds. I am still waiting for my rent money to be issued to me. They also have not provided any ingoing inspection report for the property I purchased despite asking for it on numerous occasions. I suspect this is because they did not do one. My advice is to NEVER deal with this agency.Edit : 2/4/23 I was the purchaser, not the agent in this matter. It was ME as the purchaser you were holding the money from. Please do not hide behind the facts. You failed to account the money to me as the buyer for rent I was owed as you could not deal with the tenant and claim the money from the tenant. I reiterate again, do not deal with Coutts Blacktown.

By far the worst Commercial Real Estate agency I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with.Occupied a unit for approx 5 months for storage purposes. It was handed over to us at commencement of lease in an absolutely filthy condition.Upon vacating, we cleaned it 100 times better than how it was given to us. We were then asked to clean oil on concrete (approx 5 small areas)In doing so the previous old oil spillage stains that had gone into the concrete from previous tenants (obviously they were never cleaned properly) came to the surface and now we are told to clean the whole floor the in way they want it done, even though we never caused the bulk of the stains.Disgraceful and dreadful management by whichever agency was looking after it prior to our short term occupancy.Steer clear of this agency. I was also warned not to deal with them, but unfortunately didn’t heed the advice.

We are relatively new to having Coutts Blacktown looking after our commercial unit, but in the last year have found all the staff to be professional in every way. The person allocated to our property is Daniella who is our main point of contact who may I add is extremely helpful, empathetic with our concerns and has our best interest in hand at all times, whilst still being sympathetic to the tennant. I would highly recommend Coutts to anyone seeking needs of a commercial property manager.
