i have loved learning the guitar under the guidance of Learn What You Want Music & Guitar Lessons. Danny makes the sessions so much fun and engaging. His knowledge is second to none and will help you tackle any task if its from learning your favorite song or tacking music theory. His studio has the best feel and just makes you feel so comfortable. Highly recommend!!

Call this guy about vocal lessons, he spent a good amount of time talking but I never really understood what he was saying. Knowing that I’m Chinese so he decided to bring up race and ethnicity: I can tell you a lot of Chinese people don’t appreciate what I do.I ask: why is thatHim in a high pitched voice: I Don’t Know YOU TELL ME!!!!!Disrespectful, why does being Chinese have anything to do with getting a lesson? I barely said anything I just said I wanted to sing better.It felt like abuse when he was bombarding me like a machine gunResponse: first off I did not accuse you of being racist, I simply stated what we said.I did not think it’s inappropriate to ascertain my ethnicity but the high pitched voice of I don’t know you tell me sounded like accusing me of not appreciating your workInsecurity? What insecurity? Insecurity of being Chinese? It’s not insecurity when I have sued people from work for racial discrimination.Having Chinese friends and families doesn’t mean you never treated other people poorly

Danny provides fantastic and really approachable guitar lessons that are catered to each individual's music preferences and proficiency. He gives really great end-of-session videos to cover lesson content, as well as a depth of musical knowledge. Overall learning with Danny has been a great experience and I would recommend it to any potential learners :)

Danny is one of the greatest people I’ve met.He is a great teacher and mentor. I could spend my whole paid session just watching and listening to Danny play. His musical knowledge and execution is amazing - he can rip out even the most obscure piece of guitar note for note on call. As a late learner, Danny gave me the ability to enjoy guitar straight away. His ability to teach in 'bite-sized' pieces lead to me playing solos and intros of songs I love within weeks. This early 'success' was pivotal in giving me the determination to break through the next 'wall'. Cheers Danny - great gig at my wedding too mate, you rocked it! YEAH2000!

Danny taught me from scratch and worked on a weekly basis one on one to develop and bring the best out of me as a kid who really needed an outlet. He helped source a great sounding acoustic guitar that works beautifully for my style of guitar playing at a budget that suited my needs.He not only taught me to play country style guitar, but he also inspired me to write my own songs and produced a few tunes with me. I have since recorded my own songs and played a number of live gigs in front of large audiences.Since working with Danny for a number of years, we have become great mates and I keep in touch with him whenever I'm passing through Melbourne. I highly recommend Danny as a guitar teacher and music producer.
