We had occasion to ring who we believe was the company owner upon entering a house which we take care of. The invoice for his work was left on the kitchen bench which was very confusing and no real clear explanation of what he had done at the property. We rang him just to clarify what his form meant whereby we were told it was clear enough so that people like us" didn't have to ring him. The man was rude and self righteous and basically told us we have no right to call

Dry Clean Carpets and Pest Control turned up to a nearby unit in my building. Unfortunately they seem to have a converted Formula One car engine inside their small van for carpet cleaning. Leaving the doors open in the van they created an ear splitting noise for around two hours.

Very bad customer service from one of the contractors who attended a property for tenants. No professionalism very rude and the cost was excessive. The carpets were left with stains.Sent an email through regarding the experience and have not had a response.

Kevin was fabulous and explained exactly what we needed to remove our kittens odour from a repeated area she kept soiling. We tried doing ourselves but decided to get a professional to do it properly once and for all. Amazing service and prompt availability and will definitely be using again for our entire carpet cleaning. Thanks so much Kevin
