Had to pick up an order for an organisation in Nowra, firstly they could not find it in computer, was about to leave and they found it after about a half an hour, all good, the lady was friendly and apologised for the delay, other than that the place is a little tricky to get into, come off the main highway through a set of lights then have to make a sharp turn into driveway, needs a bigger sign and arrow out front.

Lack of air conditioning at the store. Don’t know how staff and customers cope with that heat. All other stores I’ve been to had cool air conditioning. Part from that, staff is great.

The staff in the Cafe are very helpful other staff indifferant. They have a ridiculous idea of watering their plants while the store is open surly this should be done early morning or evening when the store is closed

Huge store, has so much stuff. Would take a day to get around the whole shop. Staff are helpful, and at least you can find someone to help you Great selection of things. Love the idea of a Cafe in the store. Will always shop there

A lovely big Bunnings. A bit of a late review but had a lovely young fellow named Issac, was amazing and so helpful with all my questions and helped me until I reached checkout. Issac was very friendly and had excellent customer service!!!

Bunnings might be a huge company with just about everything you need but they have nailed the customer service contributing to a pleasant customer experience. Some times in just good to go in for a walk around.

I visited Bunnings in Batemans Bay on 12/03/2023 to buy some parts to finish my plumbing project. Dave, a Bunnings team member, who is an electrical expert, provided me with expert advice to help me pick out the right parts for the job. Shopping at Bunnings was quick and easy, and the staff member was very knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service.
