Quick, efficient, knowledgable and friendly.I have an old car that needed the a/c re-pressured to diagnose problems with it. I called last minute and they fit me in basically straight away. It took a little over an hour after I dropped it off and it was ready to go. They also recommended a whole bunch of places I could find really rare parts for my vehicle, to do with the a/c system. A great experience overall.

First class service from David and Frank. Booked in with less than 2 days' notice for air cond not emitting cool air. Soon diagnosed hoses leaking and David managed to snaffle the last set of new hoses available for 3 months! What a relief to have this job done just before Christmas! Very efficiently completed in just one morning. David also threw in a new air filter gratis. Thanks heaps!!!!

Great bunch of guys!!! David and Frank run a tight ship from breaks auto electrics to motor repairs they will get the job done!!! I've been taking my cars to Pacific auto electrics for the past 7 years from services to major engine works and pink slips these guys are the ones to go to!!!! honest reliable and very reasonable on price great job guys keep up the good work!!! Very satisfied customer.

Dave from Pacific Auto was extremely easy to deal with. He found the issue with my ute extremely quickly and fixed it at an extremely reasonable price. Would highly recommend Dave and his team to any one who wants friendly but extremely professional service.

I had an issue with my 91 Commodore not starting & Kmart mechanic recommended PAC Thornleigh. It was a few different issues so I understand it was difficult to diagnose as you need the issue to happen identify. Issue returned after 1st visit but the service was exemplary & explanation clear. Dave also was honest to not want to spend too much on a car of this value. Would highly recommend on my dealings so far.

After a starting problem with my car was diagnosed as an expensive ECU issue by another mechanic I contacted Frank, he was amazing, he was friendly and helpful over the phone and put my mind at ease. He picked up my car from work in the morning, diagnosed the issue as a much cheaper starter motor rather than ECU, and returned my car by lunchtime the same day! Amazing service, great price.. I highly recommend Pacific Auto Centre, Thornleigh.

David and frank go above and beyond for their customers and are extremely honest and efficient.
