I really like the coffee here; for they use seven miles. I do think they need to maintain consistency with the barista pouring so that each cup shows care by pouring it with latte art. (Only 1 out of three had some)The cafe is in a big space with indoor and outdoor seating, so it’s perfect to take kids or your dog.It was very busy on our day of visit, with only one waitress and she was doing an excellent job, but more staff would have helped with the efficiency. The food is nice enough, but I do frequent ALOT of cafes and feel that it is significantly overpriced for the offerings and size. This is not negative, rather constructive and I recommend either increasing the size or reducing the price. (The bacon and egg roll is reasonably priced now though). Also adding some more healthy options like a Bircher muesli or nourish bowls for the vegan/vegetarian diners.

Pretty average went there over the weekend breakfast was cold. Bacon not the best. Staff are not helpful and you can hear the chef speaking rudely with colourful language to other staff, displaying disgusting behaviour. Won't be back if that is the way that second in command or managers treat their staff and servers should consider working somewhere else.

Had a pleasant meal with some nice wine, the service was very good as the staff were attentive and friendly. The food was good, I can recommend the arancini balls my entree and gnocchi my main. My wife had a prawn rissoto which was delicious. My wife had the scampi entree which was good, but a small serving for $25 (1 scampi).I would recommend fat cat based on my experience and will be back again.

I don’t usually come to Camden, partially because it’s so far out from the city and it takes me a very long time to walk there, but I made the treacherous journey and was greeted by this wonderful little cafe! the service was wonderful, a kind gentleman made me a drink and the food was very tasty. They also catered to my dietary restrictions with ease. I used to think of Camden as desolate and barren, but now I think differently.

What a lovely atmosphere! It’s a Friday night, and so glad we decided to stop in at The Fat Cat Camden. Our waiter is Samuel, and with his friendly disposition, made us feel like we have known him for years, while still maintaining a professional service. The Salt and Pepper is Sensational, complimented with a deep Merlot. Followed by the Fat Chat special, absolutely recommended with the side of chilli sauce, would keep any Italian happy.Certainly value for money, in fact we would have paid more.We will definitely be back, and look forward to it.

Great little spot with wonderful ambience. Soft jazz as background music and a shaded courtyard made a quick coffee and breakfast very enjoyable. Service was friendly, quick and efficient. Coffee, juice and food was delicious, and well-priced.

Food is okay. Charged $4.50 for what was at most 2x sliced up strawberries. Vegetarian breakfast is over priced. Service was friendly but the wait staff kept forgetting simple things like salt & pepper, butter with pancakes, sugar with tea/coffee, milk with tea, things like that. Felt like an arse asking for so many things that should automatically come with the beverages/meals. Fresh OJ was nice. Pancakes were burned, and parts of the meals were cold. Not likely to go back.

We visited for brunch twice and really enjoyed the experience. The menu is just that bit nicer, prices are reasonable, and service is good. Definitely recommend a visit.

Great little cafe, unfortunately has a fairly limited menu and the meal I asked for had run out, but still had a lovely meal once I had made a second choice! Service was great, and hot chocolate fantastic!
