Not only did they break my rim covers and refuse to provide any recourse (after trying to say they hadn't - car wouldn't have rolled in had they been broken prior). Then only months later I have discovered they've cross threaded my lock nuts destroying the wheel stud and lock nuts. Absolutely poor customer service and equally appalling workmanship.

I got my tires replaced on my trailer, the price was good compared to other busier shops and they had them in stock when they said they would, very efficient it was done while I waited,Thats the way its supposed to be the work commenced soon after I arrived for my appointment and was completed proffesionally and promptly so I could get back to work.

*Unethical and dangerous approach to make us buy new tyres*.I brought our daughter's car for balance and rotation since all 4 tyres had enough thread in them. To my surprise, Greenwood Tyrepower added no weights/lead to one of my front tyres, so I asked Bundhi (one of the two staff) why was that. He first tried to divert the conversation but he later replied that the machine showed it didn't need any weights/lead. I found this odd since it was a used tyre, and even new ones need some. Luke (the other staff) conveniently suggested I needed to buy 4 new tyres as he could see mine were a bit off". A day later my L-plate daughter almost had an accident at 100km/h on the freeway as she struggled to contain the vibration coming in through the steering wheel; a vibration that we never -ever- experienced before. They clearly expected me to come back saying "you were right

I've been to these guys numerous times. Not only are they experts at what they do, but they are all no fuss, hard workers and will get any job done quickly and diagnose problems with efficiency.
