This was my first time here and it was a wonderful experience, I found the service was fantastic. April was amazing, she was very knowledgeable and happy to help. She made me feel very welcome and special, I was extremely relax after my Lymphatic Detox Facial. The product she used made my skin feel wonderful. I will definitely go back, thankyou April... just amazing! ❤

Beautiful experience: I got a lash and brow lift & tint for the first time and am happy with the result, no need for basic eye makeup for the next 6 weeks! The staff are so welcoming, and the location is so cute and inviting, I felt calm the moment walked in. Their practices are safe and hygienic, with gloves and masks for the entire session which is reassuring. The online experience is impressive, it’s so delightfully simple to book a treatment. I highly recommend Gloss and will be coming back x

Amazing place, friendly and wonderful staff, knowledgeable and welcoming. By far best beautician I have been too. Alanna's enthusiasm for skin care is an infections and encouraging trait that makes you want to keep cominh back to Gloss.

I had my first appointment last week with Laura, who was lovely and made me feel really comfortable. She understood my concerns with my skin and after a relaxing facial and massage, she put together a plan to help me with my rosacea. My skin feels so smooth, healthy and nourished and I will 100% be returning. Highly recommend and won’t be going anywhere else!

The staff are such wonderful caring people. I really feel very welcome when I go there. They provide such personal service and give you their undivided attention. They keep up to date with the latest information and technology and treatments. They give you a herbal tea or coffee after treatment. I really look forward to going there and getting my nails done, having a facial and a massage. I thoroughly recommend them.

I had my eyelashes tinted & lifted for the first time! They look fantastic. Not as dramatic as my usual extensions but a very natural look. The process was straightforward and made very relaxing by Kiara. She was both friendly and professional. The online booking system was super easy. I was a little worried about paying upfront but was reassured by the follow up emails and text messages that I received. Will absolutely consider going again.

What can I say... I have been seeing Alana since 2013 when she opened. She is amazing.
