Ive been having trouble getting some parts (led workshop type bulbs) from the big green shed due to supply issues.I thought I’d try this place and I’m glad I did. The staff were very helpful and found me the product first go.Best thing is they were 50% cheaper then the competitors.Thanks.

having shopped at two of their stores (Capalaba and Wynnum), I do agree with the other reviews complaining about the customer treatment. 'Obnoxious Zombies' is a term that springs to mind, I'll leave it to you to fill in the picture. They do not put prices on their web sites for some reason, and when I bought a couple of threaded plastic conduit couplings that costs about $22 for 50 (0.42 cent each) from an Australian company advertising on the internet, it turn out that Ideal charged about $3.20 each! My advice: avoid when possible.

Cheaper than Bunnings and I have always received excellent service. I am not a tradesman, just the average home owner looking to get things like lights, globes , starters and tv antennas.

My elderly parents had a very bad experience. They were ignored while staff were chatting together. Unfriendly Sales person not knowledgable or unwilling to give information. No help for a 90 year old customer with moving or carrying the product box to the car.

Great service. We went there without an appointment for electrical selection as wasn't planning on doing it that day but the lady was kind enough to fit us in so we ended up completing it on that visit. Wished they had a broader range of products though as there wasn't much to chose from.

Not really interested in helping their customers. They only want to sell over the counter products with little to no customer involvement. When I asked for help none of the staff were interested in helping me. Very Poor Customer Service with 0 care factor. I will not support this business and its businesses like this that need we do not need in the Redlands.

I have no idea why this place has so many negative reviews! I dropped in recently to get a ceiling fan bulb replacement that Bunnings does not stock and could not be happier with the service I received from Darren and the price. I’ll happily go back here.
