Their website claim to have badminton courts, but after we made the payments, they said they don’t have the courts. Absolute rubbish. So I asked for a refund, but Luke, the employee of Hoops 24/7 said “that only the owner has the ability to do a refund and he will call you and organise a refund in the following week”The owner never got back to me and every time I called them they kept on saying “I’ll talk to the boss” and get back to u within 48hrs.When I had enough I called them and then Luke said that they don’t have refund policy. Not only did they steal my money but they are false advertising, claiming to have badminton courts. From the employer to the employees, all of them are thieves and liars. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Perfect for indoor basketball and football. Played with friends and met new friends as well..Clean toilets and drinking area. Benches available and score board is also available.Affordable rates and friendly staff.

way to expensive for casual shooting, staff are unorganised and unprofessional, causal shooting should be $7 at max, do not shoot here

Always love it, Always polite!

We been attending the kids program for a few years. It's definitely a professional place to learn real basketball skills. They don't mark around with young kids. My kids improved a lot with their skills. Been to other clubs and always come back. Trainers are professional players. Covid has hit hard on enrolment but we will stay. Hopefully more and more people can spot this gem and this place keeps running.

Just had a birthday party of a 7 year old, basketball theme. Great location, great fun, great staff...

Fantastic venue in a very accessible spot. Very friendly and accommodating staff who are always willing to help. Our son spends a lot of his time here and has met some people who have had a very positive effect on him.

Great place to come and practice. Relatively affordable. Courts are well maintained. Tends to get over crowded due to limited spaceAlso had an issue where handed them my drivers license to borrow a basketball. My friend returned the basketball and I forgot to get my drivers license back on the way out. They have asked for $20 for the license back which I have no issues paying as it is my fault I forgot it, but that's no longer an option as they cannot find my license. Called up and the lady on the other end became very defensive despite not addressing her in a rude manor. This has tainted the family business feel to the experience for me and I will no longer be going back as I can get the same experience elsewhere

Perfect place for bball! Couple of minor issues.1. There's never enough courts. Always having to play half courts or waiting for half an hour for a court to become free. There's always a coach having a 1 on 1 lesson where there should be rules or time frames for when this can happen. Not during peak times when you know for a fact groups of people will be coming.2. It's not 24/7. Closes at 10pm. Names misleading.But other then that. It's pretty good!
