Amazing Amazon

So appropriately named. They really are amazing! I cannot state strongly enough just how fabulous this business and their staff are. The customer service is incredible. I have been in there quite a number of times recently to purchase items and received nothing less than AAA service from very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Even more amazing is the help I have received from them with regards to a canister filter which I had purchased 18 months ago from a different business (I can’t say competitor, as there is no competition!), I ran into issues with the filter and have been trying to get it up and running for several weeks. The different business I originally bought the filter from were dreadful. So unhelpful, rude, condescending. After several interactions with that inferior business, I decided to seek help from the professionals…Amazing Amazon…and how amazing! They are dealing with my problem that was NOT their responsibility! They understood how upset and frustrated I was with the issue of the filter. Though I believe they will be able to get my canister filter up and running again, even if they can’t, I will be forever grateful for the wonderful customer service they have provided. My final thoughts are that even if you are able to buy a fish tank or filter or other merchandise a little cheaper elsewhere, those savings are lost if the aftercare/customer service is appalling. That’s why I will always shop for my aquarium and turtle supplies going forward, at Amazing Amazon where you can be assured of amazing customer service!

Great place. We always get our fish from here throughout the years (we have an outdoor pond). Their price is reasonable and my children also enjoy looking at the reptiles while we were there to buy fish.Friendly staff. We're lucky to have this local business!

Fantastic range of reptiles in particular!. Many of the staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful! We bought a half moon fighting fish, Dainty Tree Frogs and Dwarf eastern frogs, heat and UVB lights, all of which are thriving and loving their Terrarium.Thanks guys for a great experience and education!

Damo was an absolute weapon at helping us pick out a snake and 2 frogs. He helped us set up the enclosure for both, helped us handle a few snakes to choose the right one and had unlimited patience for our questions. He even taught us how to fill out our wildlife handbook (it was our first time purchasing and learning). Cannot thank him enough and we will definitely be back for more members to join our family

I'm totally new to fishkeeping. As I arrived at Amazing Amazon store, I was immediately offered assistance by the staff there.I had done basic research but still had many questions in my head. The staff patiently and clearly explained the numerous things I asked about and other things he thought I should be aware of. We spent an hour talking and now I have a fair idea on the next steps to setting up my first tank.Definitely recommending this store. This is how you attract newcomers into this amazing hobby!

The young group of employees at the store are full of knowledge and helpful.The store itself houses a lot of animals such as geckos, snakes, scorpions and fish. Mainly tropical and warm water fish.The store needs a freshen up and maybe a good clear out as stock is piling up on top of each other.The team members we have spoken to are very polite and would definitely recommend it if you are into your reptiles or aquariums.Not much of a range of marine fish here so you may have to look elsewhere.
