Friendly staff who go the extra mile. Great atmosphere. Staff help you select the best fit for you so you don't waste money. Painting lessons, run games & tournaments. Everyone is made to feel welcome.Store is clean and well kept. Eftpos facility available. Store has a hygiene code which I find is great for the crowd gaming attracts.

Christo made me and my son feel welcome from the moment I walked in the door!He ask us if we have ever played before I answer and he reply with would you like to me to show you about it we said yes and with hesitation he wisked us to the introduction area of the store with us at the front of the store and offered to show us one of 3 things we could do to start!1 build a miniature.2 paint a miniature.3 play a game of warhammer 40k or age of sigma with him.We choose to build he showed us many ways to build and also help my son modify the head of a marine my son was infatuated with the miniature and we both wanted to know more had one of the best experiences with a hobby/game store and would recommend to anyone wanting to try a new hobby to go down!

Always glad to shop here! Jay is a great manager and always provides great customer service! Never feel pressured into purchasing anything from here, and the atmosphere is always great. So many fellow hobbyists there who are also happy to lend a hand and provide any lore that strikes you curious. This place may not be my local store, but definitely the best one I've ever been to!
