Great, nice and clean, don't have to wait too long and lovely doctors.

Doctor Moe Moe Wynn seems nice and professional. However, one of receptionists has an attitude. Rude. She asked my DOB very loudly at the reception because she cannot find my details on the system. This place should consider changing to some nicer and calmer receptionist. All other staffs are calm and nice though.

I have been a patient at Riverton Family Doctors for some time now and I am very happy with all of the doctors and staff, particularly Dr Vinaya Ring.A very well run practice.

Wonderful experience with Riverton family doctors. Clinic provide outstanding quality of medical care for my baby. All of the staff is great. I highly recommend this clinic.

The appt was running so late, I was waiting foe 50mins to see the doctor. I asked reception for an update as I had work waiting but they did not provide any communications. So I lost 1 hour of pay. When I went in for my appt I was given a brief 2 minute consult and was told that with my job title I should’ve known that I didn’t need antibiotics. So after taking 2 hours off work (extra hour due to doctor running so late) I had to pay $30 for a useless 2 minute consultation.In the past I had, had good experiences, however this one was a waste of time or money, will be finding a bulk billing service in future as there is no point paying for a service that gives no advantages over other clinics. As a compensation for the lateness and rushed 2 minute consult I would’ve at least expected to be bulk billed by them.

I've seen my new doctor once, just booked 2nd appointment.She is lovely, listens and answers all questions.Reception staff are very nice.A great, convenient spot in the shopping centre. Very HappyUpdate, been there several times now.They're all lovely people.I'm very pleased I chose this Medical Practice

I went to this practice after so many recommendations, Dr. Ramesh Jutti is very friendly and professional, so are the Nurses. The reception staff needs immense improvement in customer service and professional behavior. I had booked appointments with Dr. Ramesh Jutti before and reception had them scheduled on wrong dates and time, had I not called for rescheduling one of my appointments, I would have wasted my leave, time and money. And still they got it wrong. After reaching there for my appointment, when I let the reception staff know there were mistakes by the staff and they had booked me with the wrong Doctor, she said you should have called !. I had to wait 2 hrs because the Dr. said he was not notified of the patient's arrival and reception kept saying you are next" or you should have told us you have arrived. Every other patient arriving after my time was being called and all this after I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment time.For another appointment that I had booked 2 weeks before (I was given an appointment card with the times and dates written by the reception staff who booked me) I called to confirm day before and was told

I come to this drs surgery to see a certain dr that is it, besides that their is a lack of communication from reception as to whether drs are running behind, in my case i rocked up 10 min early like i do for any other appointment and waited 45mins + to see me dr with no communication from reception, yet another pairing can walk in half an hour late and see dr straight away - normally something like this doesn’t bother me but having another appointment booked an hour after this appointment has affected it not only do i miss out on a much need therapy appointment i have to pay the cancellation fee which i cannot afford especially with drs no longer being able to bulk bill every appointment besides that lovely drs and nurses

I've seen most of the gp's there because I've not been able to get to see one regularly because of my work schedule and theirs and they are all so approachable and friendly and the rest of the staff at the clinic are also friendly. Sometimes there can be a bit of a wait but that's the same with most medical practices.
