Neil and Graham did my pest control for my house and business there response time was quick and the pest treatment was very affective 9 months have passed and no pest issues. The only issue was they weren't the cheapest I found but well worth the price for the service they offer.

The owner threatened to sue my husband because of our bad reviews. I've reworded the reviews to remove some of the emotional terms. But I stand by our reviews.They were unable to dry out hardwood floors.A leak flooded our entire apartment. They were brought in by the previous owner (or the realestate agent) to dry to floors on August 7th. Since we were one week away from receiving the keys, we weren't given the choice to hire them. It took weeks to get the insurance company involved and when they finally stepped in I'm more confident that our home will be repaired. The insurance company sent two independent builders to look at the property (September 18th and September 26th) and they have both strongly recommended to cease attempting to dry the floors, as it was not going to be successful (in their opinion). All of our floors need replacing. The heat and humidity from the drymatic has warped and caused peeling on our kitchen and bedroom cabinets. We have before and after photos of the cabinets.

After bringing in the drymatic machines and quoting ~$10,000 and 2 weeks it turned out to be a +$40,000 and 8 week problem on top of the 7 weeks of waiting to see if it worked. This company was brought in to dry fully stuck hardwood floors after a fridge leaked. Their drymatic machines did not save the floors they still need replacing. Using the drymatic machines has resulted in the cabinets in our kitchen and bedrooms needing replacing, since the intense heat and humidity caused them to peel. In my opinion if you have wet hardwood floors, just get them replaced. Save yourself the heartache and frustration of waiting to see if this process will work (it was seven weeks for us). And now we have 8-10 more weeks while we wait for the floors to be replaced.Note:/ given the choice knowing the risks we would have just replaced the floors straight away, we were a week away from receiving keys to our new apartment. The previous owner hired them and our lives have been very stressful ever since.

Superior clean looked after our bond clean, as well as conducting pest control on our property. There service was professional and we were extremely happy with the results!
