The Good Guys Brighton

Needed an iron, said I wanted to spend $60On display, are irons ranging from $30 -$100I'm then told I can only buy a very pricey iron because all other models are sold outMy question is why display things if you don't stock them?? FALSE ADVERTISINGSelfish, lazy, uncaring excuse for service, you could easily do better, Guys.

We always buy from The Good Guys Brighton and once again from entering the store with professional advice to delivery of our washing machine we are delighted and our expectations were exceeded.

We recently bought a smart tv from Good Guys Brighton and we dealt with Jack M... i must say Jack was most helpful and very knowledgeable with all the latest technology..... Jack is an asset to the company he's attentive engaging and he can relate to the difficulties the older generation has with technology...Thank you and keep up the great work you doSpiro and Karen

There is no doubt about it the Good Guys customer service at Brighton is first class, especially that of the Customer Service representative named Adi. I had recently purchased a product and unfortunately, it was not performing to expectation, however, Adi turned a stressful situation into a positive outcome. I will always buy my products from Good Guys and take out the Concierge Service for the above reasons. Once again thanks again to Adi for his great service and rectifying our issue.

Staff in store were lovely but their after sales is atrocious. We paid to have a washer/dryer delivered and installed and the old units removed. The first delivery driver didn't ring the doorbell so it was delivered the following day. The delivery guy wanted to get to the football that afternoon so didn't want to spend time levelling the feet on the washer and left it for my husband to do. My husband also had to fit the brackets for the washer /dryer. Delivery guy also said he couldn't fit my old washer/dryer in the truck and someone would collect it last week. I have contacted the store twice and still my old applicances are sitting in my courtyard, in the rain. Absolutely disgusted by their lack of follow up and the attitude of their delivery drivers. Don't shop here if you want the actual delivery service you pay for to take place - Appliances Online offers far better service!

Website was bloody awful, marked a product as in stock, while it was not actually there, wasting my time to cycle far to this place. The old bloke was nice, and helped me to check the stock on other stores for me. A younger dude in glasses and masks seems to be uncomfortable when I asked questions.Overall sketchy website, and located quite far away from train stations, so not convenient.

Here to leave a good review on the customer service Good Guys has to offer.Amazing, simple instructions over the phone and quick diligent service.Farnel served us over the phone as i was unsure on a purchase, he was sharp and made the experience better overall. Very friendly, knew what he was talking about, efficient and very fast service. Was able to complete whole purchase over the phone without any drama, and if, a simple call fixed it. Farnel made the shopping experience a lot better.Thank you to the Good Guys customer service team and Farnel for all the help.Definitely recommend. Nothing but impressed.

The Good Guy Brighton is a fantastic place to shop for electronics. They have a wide range of products available, including laptops, smartphones, and gaming systems. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, always eager to help customers find what they're looking for. I appreciate the fact that they take the time to explain the features of each product, making it easier for me to make an informed purchase. A very very big minus is the installation. It took forever to the point of disappointment.

I recently purchased a fridge from The Good Guys, which was delivered on April 26th. Unfortunately, I discovered that the fridge was damaged from the bottom and could not be used. Despite my efforts to resolve the issue, my experience with the store's customer service team was disappointing and frustrating.Initially, I contacted the store and was told that I should call their fridge department. After waiting on hold for an extended period of time, I was told that they could not help me and that I should contact customer support. When I finally got through to customer support after a 40-minute wait, they informed me that they would send a new fridge the next day. Unfortunately, this meant taking another day off work, and I was left with the inconvenience of having all my food ruined, including frozen items that were worth a lot of money.When I contacted the store manager, he was unhelpful and rude, informing me that there was nothing he could do. I was shocked by this lack of customer service and professionalism, especially since I work in a supermarket where we always prioritize the needs of our customers.After speaking to customer support again, I was told that they could get a new fridge to me the following day, but there was nothing they could do to compensate me for the inconvenience or the cost of the ruined food.Overall, my experience with The Good Guys was disappointing, and I would not recommend them to anyone. While they may be nice before you make a purchase, they don't seem to care about their customers once the sale is complete.
