It was an absolute pleasure working with Anna and a huge THANK YOU to her team for making our instore EVENT amazing! The pink Peony flower wall she created was a crowd stopper and gorgeous during the weekend activation. The store team and myself could not be happier and will certainly be using Kat Flowers again.

You made our function look absolutely beautiful and everyone loved the gorgeous flower wall and the special lolly buffet you set up for us. You went out of your way to do what you could to make us happy and we thank you for that. It was a beautiful preserved Romantic Red arrangement, with a lot more beautiful roses than what I was expecting! It still looks amazing two week later, and you mentioned it will last last more than a year which is amazing! You made our day truly special!Out of all the florists I looked up on Google, I picked you and your business because of the great feedback you received and how you went the extra mile to look after your customers. Anna goes above and beyond for her customers. I had asked for a grazing box same day delivery really last minute for my anniversary and she had accepted it and dropped it herself. I can’t thank you enough, it meant alot for us specially during lockdown. God the arrangement in the grazing box was so beautiful and yummy

We found Kat Flowers through Google to help us in our wedding and I felt upset and uncomfortable on my wedding day. Prior to the wedding date, we have met the owner a few times to go through the details for the event setup. We were promised and charged for two arches of flowers in a full, voluminous, fluffy manner in various kinds (the owner mentioned and bunched the flowers up to show us that orchids, cherry blossoms, pink and white roses of various sizes would be included). *Photo attached*On the day, the event setup should have been finished before the time of guest arrival. But my guests and I noticed they were still working while the event had already started. As I walked down the aisle and saw the arches with metal frames showing through, my heart sank. As I got closer, I noticed there were only cherry blossoms on the arches. *Photo attached* Worst of all, I was told by my guests that the price tags were still on the flower arrangements!In addition, we paid for 6 plinths and silk arrangements to be placed on the reception area but there were only 4 placed there. We also paid for one set of silk arrangements on a tall vase on one end and two sets of silk arrangements cascading down at the other end of the bridal table, but I realized the two ground silk flowers that were meant for the arches were placed at the bridal table instead. *Photo attached* The candles on the bridal table we'd discussed and paid for were supposedly on two tall candle holders, and two in clear cylindrical vases (one tall and one short). *Photo attached* But on the actual bridal table as seen on the previous picture, there were no tall candle holders at all, just clear short cylindrical vases instead.Towards the end of the event, we bumped into the owner as they were picking up the stuff. We were told the owner had a bad day and we would be contacted the next day. And we never got a phone call or apology from them. We went up to the Kat Flowers warehouse two days later, the owner appeared like nothing had happened. We told the owner the problems and the things that was not delivered fully. Instead of giving apology or offering compensation, we were dismissed and were told to email through the problems we had with the service, and they would get back to us. Till now, we haven't received any reply regarding that nor the final tax receipt from Kat Flowers. Still waiting..

Anna and the team were fantastic, they went over and above helping me decorate coordinate, source and supply everything for our wedding. Fresh flowers were beautifully arranged and nothing was a problem. They even organised and coordinated with other suppliers and set up! They made our planning easier and our day worry qnd hassle free!

Anna from Kat Flowers was a big part of making our wedding day look and feel perfect. She took a lot of time in the lead-up to make sure everything looked great and fitted in with our venue setting, including making some amazing suggestions. She was all about doing what was best for us, not what would bring the highest cost, and was great to deal with before and on our wedding day.
