Glebe Ezy Wash

This dry cleaner is terrible.. I took my stuff for my dog to get cleaned and dry. They charged me $20 which was fine. I told them I’ll come every 2 weeks to drop off the same load. 2 weeks later I go in to drop off the same load and the lady their says $40. I explained to her that I was charged $20 just 2 weeks ago from this same place. She very rudely said that was 2 weeks ago and the price is now $40. I said to her can you please do it for $30 then because I didn’t want to waste my time going somewhere else. NOW THIS IS THE BEST PART... she said to me “now that you don’t want to pay $40 it’s jumped up to $45”..... I couldn’t believe how this place treated me so I picked up my stuff and walked out. I found a great dry cleaner place in forest lodge and the lady their was so nice. She said it was the last day she’s opened before Christmas and she said she will deliver the load off to my place all for $35. What a difference....

Cash only and a bit expensive but otherwise nicely cleaned. Not self service

This was very affordable and my washing was in good hands, I even had the colours washed separately from the whites and all up it cost about $12. Would definitely come back

Don't go here. I'm in the middle of moving and without a washing for 2 weeks so I went here to do my laundry. What a mistake.1. Unlike what is stated else where - they do not offer a self service option.2. Their english is very limited. This wouldn't have been a problem but they didn't understand my request to wash my dirty laundry bag but instead only washed my clothes and then put them back into the dirty bag when they were done.3. They didn't wash my clothes properly. There was still liquid laundry detergent on some of my clothes. It hadn't had enough time to wash out.4. They accidentally gave me someone else's clothes with mine.I called to complain but because of point 2, it took forever to get them to understand the issues. Told them that I wanted a refund and for that I would come back with the other persons clothes. They said no so I'm not going to waste my time driving back. Sorry to the other person whose clothes I have.

Ridiculously expensive. Was charged $20 for one load of washing to just be put in the dryer. Would maybe understand if it was at least folded after but nope just had to put it in myself and take it out! Wasn’t even put back in the basket! Very upset with the expense and lack of care.

I came in at 5.20pm and asked about doing laundry at that time, just to use a self service washing machine and not the dryer. The lady, who was sitting doing nothing at the time, refused me as she wanted to leave at 6pm. Might as well close at 5pm

Had the worst experience ever.Its said self-service laundromat, ask for change of $5 the worker turns around said no changeLook at my bag and said $7. And mind me to do your dryer will only costs $5? I asked you have no change of $5? And said $7 again.This male worker do not want business and trying to take advantage of customers.Very RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL

No self service here despite signage to the contrary. After years of coming here, they remain over priced. The staff are often rude.On the most recent visit I also gave them about a hundred coat hangers which they gladly accepted but still proceeded to grossly over charge me and the linen was not ready at discussed time.When I went back they asked for $15 (for a set of sheets, two pillow slips and pair of jeans) to be DRIED only, which I think is pretty overpriced, they had not yet put the load through.Initial quote for load was $6 or $7 (two ladies said the price at the same time) And they are cash only.Over all a consistently disappointing experience.

The place is very straight forward... It's a laundry joint but they are very effective and punctual. The prices are very low. Fantastic for the traveller on a budget or a local alike. Please remember that it is cash only!!

Can't imagine why anyone could complain. We always have great, friendly customer service, fast returns and very reasonable costs. Well done the team at Glebe EZY Wash. This family appreciates your service.
