BMW Mobile Workshop

My car was not running due to alternator issues. I called Stuart who came out to where my car was. we organised a tow truck. there were uite a number of issues with my car. he gave it back to me within a week and it was running better than it was brand new. love this company. service is honest, pleasant attitude. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

I never leave a review, but such disrespect cannot be ignored. Please don't waste people's time. My Fiat 500 Abarth had a clutch issue and it was standing in front of my house for last 3 weeks now, When the car stopped during the way back from Brisbane I had it towed to my house. As car was stationery and wouldn't move I have checked the local mobile mechanics and your business number came up. I made a first call to you 3 weeks back and I mentioned the clutch issue and it was not moving and its standing in front of my house and at that time you have mentioned you are aware of this issue but as you were busy so I was asked to leave a details which I have. After rest of week no call or text I made a call 2 weeks after as in between I was away. After I made a call again and you have mentioned that you have never got the text I was all good and sent you another text and you have mentioned you will look at it for me today Tuesday 1 Nov 22. I called to check just then and you were aware the issue was clutch issue and you never mentioned it needed to be taken to the shop and you cannot do it mobile from the beginning. If I knew it had to be taken to the shop I wouldn't of continued to ask for your service. Next time take your time and explain to potential customers' what is required so that you don't waste their time and efforts.

NB: I see Stu has just renamed his shop GC Mobile Vehicle Servicing".I dealt with Stu (and his apprentice) twice. The first experience was positive

Stuart is a Legend at BMW, i myself can usually fix most problems on BMW, but this one escaped me plus about 3 other mechanical engineers, but it only took Stuart an hour to find locate and rectify the issue, and the fee was very acceptable and a hell of a lot cheaper than BMW,definately the best Electrical and mechanical engineer on the coast.Definately recommend

Had a great experience with Stu. Had multiple other vehicle specialists quote me thousands of dollars and take weeks on end to give them to me - Stu had my car back on the road in a couple days and found the actual issue and ended up a rew hundred dollars. Very friendly, professional and helpful. Will 100% keep using these guys for the life of my local driving needs! Absolutely recommend.

I’m a bit pedantic about who works on my BMW E92 M3. After all, I worked hard for my dream car... after importing it from Hong Kong, I’ve been searching for a reliable, honest and professional mechanic on the coast. Stuart did not disappoint. He arrived on time and completed the work in the comfort of my own driveway and didn’t try to upsell me on maintenance I didn’t need. I’ll be heading back to Stuart for repairs and maintenance for all my vehicles! Thank you!

I have been using Stuart and his team for the past 6 years for both our BMW X5 and Porsche. My most recent service was a week ago for both vehicles. Stuart was very easy to deal with, on time and does great work! They fit me in within 2 days of calling them, Stuart was very professional and very honest. Replaced all my brake pads and showed me the extent of the damage on the old ones. They were very fast and efficient and communicated clearly when they would be here. Couldn't reccomend them more highly.
