Abbotsford Rowing Club
This was the chosen location to have an intimate 30th birthday lunch with close family. The service was good, the view was stunning and they accommodated for balloons. However, the fish was really oily and heavily battered, the prawn pasta was flavourless and bland. What they didn’t accommodate for was the option to bring your own cake, you had to purchase an in house $70 one or leave the Restuarant after your meal. This place falls in the “pay for the view” category, I probably wouldn’t recommend for future birthday type events.

My table ordered some burgers and seafood. Everyone who ordered the burgers, including myself, ended up with terrible food poisoning. We’ve reported the club to the NSW Food Authority.

Abbotsford Rowing Club
It is a wonderful inclusive club that encourages and nurtures persons of all ages and gender to get the best out of their ability and keep fit and healthy. At 73 I have been a member for over 20 years and compete regularly with so much support and enthusiasm from all members. A great place to row from as many from other clubs will attest.

Don’t confuse ARC with Sydney Rowing Club. We are a great, inclusive club and welcome rowers of all abilities but no food or drink as we do not have a restaurant or bar

While I he view is fantastic, the bistro food and choices are just ok and it’s also expensive with no no daily specials or lunch specials like other clubs. The good thing is you can sit and enjoy the view as long as you like.

Abbotsford Rowing Club
We are a rowing club only - we do not have a restaurant. Many reviews confuse ARC with Sydney Rowing Club. As a Masters rowing club, this is a friendly, supportive club encouraging fitness and enjoyment at all ages.We do not have a restaurant!
