Terrible service. This place does not take care of your garments / shoes. They dropped my brand new $1200 high heels from a 6 foot tall shelf right in front of my eyes. I complained it could easily damage the decorations on shoes (crystal band around the strap). A part of leather around the crystal band actually became loose. No apology and just denial that it could have caused any damage. To “prove” their point they dropped another customers’ high heels from the same height! Wouldn’t recommend this place for clothing alterations nor shoe repair. The owner lady is also very rude. Please find other places.

Cannot speak highly enough. Lovely family run business. I had a tricky garment to alter with a unique fabric, but they were able to alter this for me in time for my event and it was beyond perfect! Would not go anywhere else! Highly recommend!

Rude, waited 1 week to be told they quoted me wrongly. Suck it up. Went to The Golden Needle (around the corner) super friendly, quoted me the less, with a smile and good manners. Maybe its the way you treat people in east europe, just not in Australia please.

I have been having my clothes altered with this wonderful family business for over 10 years and do not trust anyone else to do as good a job.
