Should be able to give Luke and staff 6 stars, my 2014 Jeep Wrangler needed repaint of rear canopy that was peeling and polish up of the main body paint work. What I received back was a vehicle that looked like it just came off the production line, it was like brand new!Great to deal with a verry professional company.

Very disappointed with my experience at Scott Street Panel Works. We had two vehicles that had poor quality signage on them, and employed their services to help with removing the remainder of the signage, and repainting to fix any damage.Although the end product of both cars was good, unfortunately the first vehicle took just over two weeks, and the second one took a massive 24 days to complete. I emailed to check in on day 11 to which they responded that they were deciding whether to paint the bonnet or not. 9 whole days later I had not heard anything further, so phoned, to find out that in the 9 days that followed, NOTHING had been done on my car. After putting my foot down, and having quite an unpleasant conversation with the receptionist, I was advised I could pick my car up in another 5 days.Upon collection, the price quoted varied greatly (i.e. was double) from what was discussed, and although I am happy to pay for the work done, the hours charged do not align with what had previously been discussed with me.At the time of the previous quote, I was told that the sticker removal was complete, and they were just deciding whether to paint the bonnet or not. I was quoted $400+ GST if no painting of bonnet, and $600+ GST if paining bonnet. I was then charged $1224+ GST today, and the hours that they claimed were spent on the decal removal exceeds the amount of the quoted amount of $400, despite the decal already having been removed at time of previous quote.Exceptionally poor service, and unfortunately very disappointed.

The first time I used them was to respray my Roo barThe bar was originally black after the respray it came back the same color as the vehicle. I let that slip as it looked okThe second time I used them they did my window trim and the workmanship was poor ,worse than when I dropped it off .I pointed this out and the mechanic became very angry and and started shoutingIt took the receptionist to calm him downThey made me wait 1.5 hours while they rectified the workI’ll never use them again

Luke and his team were professional and straight talking which was refreshing compared to the many other bodyshops we visited in Cairns. He painted the bonet, guard and bumper on my white Toyota Camry really well and the colour match was spot on with the rest of the car, really happy with their work!
