Please note that one star is incredibly generous. I would award 0 if possible.I rented a property for four years with a year and a half of those being through Raine & Horne Gawler. The previous real estate agency went into administration and this business took over responsibility. This year and a half was the worst experience I have ever had renting. The previous business responsible for the property was absolutely delightful and I do not have a bad word to say about them.For nine months, I received weekly text messages and emails saying that my rent was not up to date. It most definitely was but this business neglected to perform their job adequately at handover. I was initially told to ignore this correspondence but it became absolutely ridiculous! They decided that after nine months that they would do their job and get the paperwork needed from me to cancel this weekly harassment.Maintenance issues were not actioned promptly. I made a phone call to the emergency number and had to leave a message which was never responded to and I was even labelled a “liar” by an employee. Staff turnover is beyond a joke and communication is appalling. I had a different property manager attend each routine inspection and issues were not followed up. The email address I was provided with for maintenance issues was never updated and emails would bounce back because the staff member no longer worked there. There is no “team environment”, it seems to be a chaotic nightmare.The manner in which the proprietor spoke was shocking and severely lacked professionalism. I even sought legal advice and the lawyer was spoken to incredibly rudely too. It got to the stage where all communication was going through a lawyer on my behalf, as communicating with Raine & Horne Gawler became unbearable.I was so relieved to have found another property and to never deal with this horrendous real estate agency again. I would NEVER recommend Raine & Horne Gawler to anyone and if you are a tenant of theirs, contact SACAT to assist in resolving any issues. Raine & Horne Gawler care more about silly Christmas raffles and social activities than their actual tenants and their issues.

Had an amazing experience with Raine Horne Gawler agency for 6 months, They are friendly, caring and working professionally. Wish to have your guys again for my next experience of renting property.

Very unprofessional company & poor service. I made a out of range offer for property at 2 Drupe St. Munno para. I tried to contact agent Gwen Levesque few times through her mobile ,email & office during last 3 weeks but she didn't respond even I left a message at her office. She should have to notify whether my offer rejected or accepted.In my opinion this is not a good company to get service for property sell or rent. I never go fot their property again.

I had a wonderful experience renting in Blakeview from the team at Raine & Horne Gawler. The staff helped me efficiently with getting a brand new house to rent a couple of years ago when I was in a hurry to move due to personal circumstances. The girls were always friendly, understanding and attentive to my requests, especially during the covid times which wasn't easy. I always admire true professionalism and in this case I wasn't let down. The staff were always willing to assist in any way possible and often praised me for keeping the house to a high standard of cleanliness. This positivity made me aware that we worked well together as an agent and tenant respecting each other and keeping the lines of communication open. I can certainly see why Raine & Horne keep winning the top awards, the accolades are well deserved and I would recommend their services to anyone in need.

Worst experience renting we have ever had. not only was the house a dump when we moved in (with no smoke alarm), we had to replace stolen plugs, a shower head that didn't work, had to have the AC fixed ourselves because they don't get tradespeople out in a reasonable time. We didn't have a washing line for 9 months, nor a range hood filter for 10 months, The roller door that was going to be fixed within a month" wasn't fixed by the time we vacated 13 months later. Raine & Horne Gawler are a fantastic, professional team. We had a wonderful experience with Gwen, Kelly and the team and their communication was always fantastic. They had a great personal approach and even sent us a beautiful card for the birth of our daughter.We would absolutely utilise them again for any further future rentals.
