HEED THE WARNING! TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!Had my phone screen replaced 30/01/2022. Since, my screen has cracked through normal everyday use and some pressure applied around the middle button after noticing that the screen wasn't flush. Upon removal of the cover I have noticed that the screen was in no way fitted properly (as seen in the photo).Have tried to contact the business and seek resolution and they are claiming that they do not have to replace as the screen is cracked voiding their warranty, although the screen has only become cracked because it isn't fitted flush and properly as it should have been!Tried going into the store and the man who did the repair straight up lied claiming that my phone is curved which is why the screen isn't fitted correctly (which I was not advised of prior to repair nor afterwards).This is NOT the case whatsoever, there is no curve to the device and he is quite simply lying in an effort to avoid responsibility for a blatantly poor job!Have contacted Australian Business and Consumer Affairs and was advised that I am entitled to replacement or refund under Australian Consumer Law, although the company has denied my written request and have referenced something from their terms and conditions which is not stipulated in their terms and conditions on their webpage, and they have refused to send a copy via email.Regardless of their own warranty or terms and conditions, they have a legal obligation to deliver services to an acceptable standard, have clearly failed to do so, and are obliged to remedy the matter by law.Clearly zero regard for paying customers OR Australian law!I am sure that if they were in my position, they too, would be disappointed with the service and would seek resolution!*EDITING TOO ADD* Upon further inspection of my phone (looking at the rear while the cover is off rather than just worrying about the screen) I have also noticed that a section of my phone that sits around my camera has not been fitted back onto the phone properly and is raised.Disappointed is an understatement!

Replaced screen for my Phone. Poor workmanship, wasn't glued well and glue was allover. Touch is not working properly just in a month.

AVOID Fix Phones, go to another repairer.Don't usually do poor reviews on Google but wish to warn potential customers away from this business.Paid $171 for a screen fix on my IPhone XS, which had a small crack and no other issues with buttons, battery or sensor. Was not warned prior to purchase that FixPhones use poor quality, aftermarket products. After I picked the phone up, the display, receptivity and sensor would not work as well or in some cases not at all. The phone felt warm to the touch and the battery drained almost straight away. Two other customers came into shop with same problem as well (phone screen repair inadequate, not working etc) at the same time as me. Store manager called police on us, who arrived and confirmed we were in no way harassing clerk. Took phone to another, better repair place who confirmed screen was very poor quality and poorly fitted, hence above issues. Police confirmed best course of action is to report this business to the ACCC, which I've now done. Fix Phones still refuse to issue a refund.Don't waste your time, go to an approved repairer, even if you need to pay a touch more, it's worth it. These guys aren't.

Very happy with their service. My iPhone 12 pro max was repaired in short time with affordable price.Highly recommended. Will definitely visit next time.

First time I went into e clinic to get my phone fixed it was OK.So I went back in a second time needing a screen replacement.Prior to taking my phone in, it had zero issues other than the screen.They proceed to tell me there is something wrong with my battery and my phone is not charging.Which it absolutely was, prior to taking it in store.Anyways later I went to pick up my phone expecting a new screen and a brand new looking phone, My phone was shattered to bits both back and front, & it was missing my sim card slot!I absolutely would NOT recommend e clinic .Jimmy is a rude despicable person. Shame on all of you.

payed around 400$ for a screen replacement about two phones. The mother card of the Samsung is getting out after two months and the screen of my Sony has come off after 6 months, it actually did not work properly. So I literally lost two phones.A part of the reviews are not genuine at all, here to up the mark. It’s just a business plan money.There is a true profesional one in Pasadena.

I had a bad experience because the novice delivery person from Australia Post did not deliver an express package express but took 3 business days and over a weekend to deliver. It took me 4 business days plus Saturday morning with me hounding this poor man, to get my phone screen repaired because I was leaving on Wednesday for a major event and I needed my phone in good working order. He got it done in time but it was almost at the 11th hour and I was very stressed about it. He had done all he could but Australia Post deserves a brick bat because of the difficulty of getting complaints seen to by someone who can sort things quickly when they are urgent. Australia Post should say 'We deliver...eventually'.
