I picked up some goods for my brother in law on 27 March at around 3:30PM. I was unsure exactly what type of item I needed to pick up, I knew what event it was for however. When I was served, I was served by an older man with a beard, I told him I was there to pick up an order for Andrew he looked confused and demanded to know what type of item it was, as I didnt know, this seemed to annoy him and he rudely implied that I should know as im the one picking it up. he looked behind him and grabbed a bag with hats in it, which jogged my memory and I said, they may be it. he put the bag on the counter and again rudely said if you had just said hats in the first place
