Came here for my sons hair cut. Was being cut by a gentlemen, he was nice, calm and taking really good care of us. He was doing such a good job I was gonna get him to cut my hair while he was at it.Then, when He was nearly done, this lady came over, seemed like his boss, told him to leave and started doing all sorts of things I didn’t want. Completely ruining all the work the guy had done. She was rough and aggressive and scared my son.I just told her to stop and left. I really regret paying, but she definitely lost business right there, and for good. I’ll go next door to The Hair Guy next time.

I have cut my hair in different cities paying exorbitant prices but this sweet gem if a lady from Vietnam… looked at my already washed hair & said u have heavy hair & I will give you the best that suits you . Loved her energy, her cutting style, & quick service. Above all only 30AUD…. Will definitely come again if I come next time to see the Australian Open.

Went 2 times paid 20$ for a 10-15 min razor haircut with a very nice lady. Went a 3rd time, got the same haircut, same 10-15 min but with a different lady" (owner) doing my hair. was charged 40$. Double!! For the same cut

A complete mess - the lady ruined my hair cutting more of one side that the other - at the end she yelled that the fault was mine. Customer service deplorable, not recommended, not coming back again.

Karma strike!Nice, friendly lady (owner). Terrible barber. Escape!Visited for the first and last time this morning. I asked the friendly lady to give me a number 3 on the sides and back, and to trim the long hair on the top.I don't know what I was expecting, but ten minutes later, when I looked up, the top of my head was covered in uneven fuzzy hair, 0.5 cm to 1 cm in length, and I looked terribly ill, as if I had grown up in the quiet, curious forests of Chernobyl.And I got this haircut for my new driver's licence photo. :(Karma strike?

Ridiculous place!it was my first time, i immediately regretted when she started cutting my hair. first thing first, two female barbers there barely speaks english, respectfully.second, even if you tell her how short do you want your hair cut, she'll cut your hair according to her liking.0/10

The lady is nice but honestly the haircut was terrible!!! So uneveen and hacked. Went back a second time a few months later as a convenience as close to work and showed pictures to alert them. Hoped for a better outcome but again butchered the cut. I honestly can't believe the lack of skill, care and honesty.

I don't think they know they are working on people's hair, the older lady there was cutting away my hair as if she was chopping grass, messed my head up so bad and looks remotely nothing like I told her.And the cherry on top, OVERPRICED I was charged $31 for the lady to practice on.Please don't use them unless you want your head shaved
