Online ordering at 6pm food didn't arrive until 6:50 pm when I called the store to fineout where my delivery was the voice message said it was due at 6:34pm all the store operator said to me on the phone was that it will be there soon it is with the driver

Usually I'd go to dominos for a quick pizza fix and never had issues but this time decided to order from pizza hut, Made a pickup order online to be ready at 6, had kids in the car so got there at 5.50, paid for it and was told be ready in 10min which was fine I was early, they asked my name twice while I was waiting.. got to 6.20 kids are whinging as they do and still nothing, so I went up to the counter and asked how long and they didn't have an answer for me they were frazzled. Untill I said are you sure it's not those pizzas sitting in the heating rack for the last 20min?.. it was.

I occasionally order a small personal size Pizza Hut pizza (Super Supreme) when I'm in Bathurst.Its ALWAYS good.I can't say the same about Dominos pizzas down the road.They generally stuff up the order and try and fob you off with a luke warm pizza thats been sitting on the side lines. Twice my order wasn't cooked even after I paid for them. Untrained staff mostly.But Pizza Hut in Bathurst seem to know exactly what they are doing.

Ordered peri peri wings, they were disgustingWas wayyyy too much sauce and didn't taste any peri peri at all. Way too spicy couldn't even eat them with my family. Someone messed up big time!!!!!

I make this place my end of month lunch spot.. Friendliest staff, I feel bad that the beeping sound goes off in drive thru..They make the best Super Supreme with Oregano and chilli flakes.. The toppings are full and the pan base, that end of slice crunchy goodness..I travel down from Sydney due to contractual meetings and this is my spoil..Well done team...

Average Pizza Hut, but they seem to think it's ok to charge a flat $4.00 surcharge for Sundays. A bit rich really. Just put your prices up on Sundays if required.P.s. Way over staffed at the store. I counted at least 6x staff. Maybe reducing the amount of staff would allow you to remove the surcharge!

The only problem is when staff taking phone orders. Like vegetarian NO Pineapple no olives.Got olives and you guessed it PineapplePlease listen carefully.
