My 10/10 is for Robert who was looking after the office/bookings when I needed some information about a special booking - he went to no end of trouble to explain all the details, booked a taxi for the following morning, taxi arrived on time, driver very helpful, and I intend to use this RSL Independent Taxi when ever one is required - with everything so good, cars drivers, office - who wouldn't!.
