Dr.Lizzy Archer is a breath of fresh with a bubbly, funny and inspirational personality.I am 74 of vintage years and have had my share of pain, neck, lower back and two knee reconstruction rehabilitation, to name few.As a true medical professional that is, with her magical medical expertise, Dr. Lizzy has managed to make all my pains go away, with lasting results, followed by with some very interesting and highly recommend Palates excesses.Dr. Lizzy you are simply the best. Six stars from me.

Dr Lizzy is amazing. She takes the time to understand your situation and background. Lizzy then approaches a solution from a holistic point of view. (In my case, a shoulder problem started all the way down from my opposite ankle - now good as gold!). BTW. She is also hilarious. Can't recommend her highly enough!

Dr Lizzy is a breath of fresh air when it comes to managing my own health; she has helped me overcome what was a debilitating lower back condition that was stealing my sleep and my ability to move comfortably from the moment I got up in the morning. She has woven her magic on my body, allowed me to take control of my recovery and she has taught me to listen to what my body is saying to me. Her fluid thinking about how to aid my continual healing has impressed me immensely and I feel blessed to have Dr Lizzy as part of my whole health support.

Liz is so great, couldn't recommend her higher. Not only have the sessions really helped with my back, shoulder and neck pain. Liz clearly explains all treatments and the injury triggers. Although I'm no longer working here due to personal reasons, I would highly recommend Bodytech Osteo & Health both as a service and as a workplace. The clinic space is modern with thought put into every detail. Lizzy isn't only a great practitioner but a wonderful mentor - anyone who gets the chance to be apart of this engaging community is lucky in my eyes. It is evident with all patients who experience the culture at Bodytech that it is a special place to be!

An absolutely beautiful studio with great ambience. Being a newbie to yoga, I feel so welcomed by both Lizzie & Michaela and not intimidated as the classes are kept small and intimate. Michaela always goes above and beyond to help and ensure appropriate modifications are given to work around injuries etc. As she reminds us at the end of each class, I always feel grateful for the hour of tranquility I have given myself. Highly recommend!

Lizzy has been nothing short of amazing. I have seen her for the past few years and she has helped me immensely to be pain-free and able to use my body properly. I have been doing osteo sessions with Lizzy for the past few years and am now I able to complete gym program after doing the sessions with her along with her incredible (re)build your body course, which has honestly been life changing.
