Lollipop's Playland and Cafe Sunshine

Kids seem to like the play spaces. Cleanliness needs a lot of improvement though. There was a coke spill near the animal carousel and advised the staff. A kid slipped on it not long after. Thankfully a kind gentlemen put a chair over it so no one steps on it. But unfortuately it keeps getting moved. Pretty surea staff member or two walked past and just kept walking.1.5hrs later and the spill is still there. Probably going to be home by the time they get that cleaned. Theres gna be a lot of sticky socks, hopefully no injuries.

We had our Sons Birthday party after hours and got whole venue to our self. Very supportive staff and great venue. Will definitely recommend.

This is a great place to have birthday parties for kids as there are a variety of play area such as bouncing castle, slides, rock-climbing, canon-balls (quite safe), rides, ball pits and a separate area for toddlers. There a little kitchen in one of the corners, toilets and cafe. Also the perfect indoor play centre for mums to bring their lil ones on rainy days.The place is very clean and is reasonably priced. Plenty of parking available. The staff are very friendly and helpful, great service. The food is alright, they are prepared when they’re ordered.

Every staff member left while there were still half a dozen families inside. The doors were locked as well. The till, on the other hand was left unlocked - luckily for Lollipops none of those left inside were thieves.Everybody only managed to get out by going behind the front desk and finding the button that unlocks the door.We have absolutely no idea why. One of my friends tried to contact Lollipops and was rudely told they don't manage that store and was hung up on. A manager of a different store reached out and provided a couple of vouchers, but we've received no information as to why on earth the shop was abandoned and parents locked in at the Sunshine store in the first place.I'd been there a few times previously and the staff were all friendly and I'd had no issues, but I can't overlook a complete abandoning of the shop and so won't be back until a suitable explanation is given.

The only play centre that has teacup merry go around thing. Reasonable price. I love the set up too... you almost can see all areas from where you are sitting. No hidden nooks etc. The only downside prob just the food. It's not the best. But then we are not there for the food. So it's still our fav play centre

The centre was not very clean. A dirty sock in the toddler ball pit area, as well as sticky steps and none of the ball pits were great either. We were there early morning so assume it was left like this from day before. Coffee very expensive for alternative milk. Such a shame as other lollipops we have been to have been so clean. Also only did the teacup ride once in the almost 3 hours we were there. Toilets were horrific.

The place was clean enough, although there were no pretend play areas a advertised.The staff were the biggest let down.The front desk didn't mention anything about the ride or the sock rule (there were adults walking around barefoot) nor where to park prams/toilets areas.The young boy controlling the tea cup ride didn't stop the ride after being asked 5 times (there were 3 upset kids that wanted off). He didn't seem to understand any English and I had to point to the off switch and keep telling him over and over.

My daughter had her birthday party here last Saturday and we had a wonderful experience! The place was clean, food was surprisingly delicious and the staff were helpful. Everyone including the adults had a great time!

Suits well for 3+ kids. There are just two actual playareas and they are not big. Good enough to spend few hours. What I don't like that there are a lot of machine that are selling 2 dollar items. My son was constantly asking me to buy some of these balls. I didn't see so many of them in other centres.
