Willowdale Hotel
Amazing experience celebrating my son’s communion there. The staff went above and beyond to assist us as we all arrived 30minutes earlier. They even relocated us because I need a table inside where I could put a high chair for my toddler. Every single person that helped us did an amazing job. The food was delicious and the prices were very affordable. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a nice time with family.

Drinks, food, atmosphere and service were great for a new place. I loved my first experience. The Watermelon sugar high was so good, the food was delicious and had gluten free options. I think the menu could have more variety but they are only starting out. I enjoyed my visit and will be back.

The atmosphere at Willowdale Hotel is amazing! First few nights lining up to order dinner was a little slow, buts expected with a new resturant and new staff! Putting that aside, everything else was great!Happy to have Willowdale Hotel as My new local!

It’s been a long time waiting for this amazing hotel to open up, but boy is has been worth the wait! I have two young girls and a baby and in the first two weeks of opening up we have been there 5 times! I can’t even express how amazing the food is, no word of a lie. The kids menu is by far the best menu I’ve ever seen. We are constantly going around to pubs with play areas and everyone else’s menu has 3 things on there for the kids and at Willowdale has done an amazing job at making the menu delicious. Big portions. Very quick service and the most friendliest staff. The ambience is STUNNING. Very classy place nice to dress up. Finally a beautiful place for the whole family and a bonus with an amazing play area. My kids coming out pouring in sweat from so much fun. Massive fan! Can’t fault it, keep up the amazing work. Manager Chloe always lovely to help out and making customers feel very comfortable!

Seams like alot of the staff havnt had enough training. They are lovely just seams like they have been chucked in the deep end. If you enter from outside car park lift you can just sit down. You have to walk across the whole venue to a random desk. There were multiple people confused about this not just us. Should be about to just sit at a non reserved table and order food at counter. Gravy on side of meal was tiny!!! I asked for rosemary potatoes but received plain steamed potatoes. Seasonal vegetables RAW my knife wouldn't even cut through them. Although my dad and sister liked there fish meals. Was a bit weird they came with a random bright crispy green thing that the waiter couldn't even tell us what it was. Nice place and vibe, definatly has a better potential.

Went last week it was an amazing experience just being a week open the service was amazing my prawns and salmon were beautiful.. the food didn't take long to come out of the kitchen.. it's a perfect place for kids. Definitely will go back again and have another cocktail..

The venue itself is very modern, fresh and nicely set up. The food was decent and actually came out pretty quick. The rump and sirloin were perfectly cooked. The salmon texture was great but it was extremely bland in taste and quite sour. The schnitzel was surprisingly good (best we’ve had in a while actually) and the beer batter fries were equally great. The salt and pepper squid was a tad overdone but tasted ok, the bruschetta could be improved (maybe thicker slices of bread). The food ordering system really needs to be revamped as it was quite inconvenient and inefficient to be ordering food from one counter and drinks at the other. Service itself was very friendly and hospitable by all staff. It would be nice to have been told reservations are only for 2 hours, that would allow patrons to run to the counters and put through their orders. A QR table ordering system would be a highly efficient system especially when the venue is busy. Parking on the premise and underneath is quite decent.I feel that at the moment the venue is probably best for couples or smaller parties. We’ll be back soon and will hopefully update the score if things have improved.

Great food and nice spacious location. Drink prices are a bit expensive for the area, but the food was worth it. Overall a great bar and restaurant and very friendly staff and a good atmosphere.
