I've been there a few times. Previous experience wasn't good. But today is. Salesperson today was friendly. Unlike the previous time. So, I guess Yoyota is still in my top listed brand.

A lot of negative reviews for Blood Toyota Geelong. Had a couple of niggling issues with my Prado, granted my car was due for a service. Both times the mechanics were onto it straight away. The services have been perfect, I feel valued as a customer and always pick up my car feeling like I rolled out the show-room door. Thanks for the professionalism and care to my car and me as a customer Blood Toyota.

I might have to drive nearly 3 hours to get there but it is so worth it.Staff perfect.Service perfect.Between my partner and I we have bought 4 cars in less than 3 years for us and family members.Just ask for Jason, he's got the knowledge.

They get 1 extra star for giving me a decent trade in price. Otherwise pretty much terrible after you sign the paperwork. Their Business Manager gets a good tick for knowing the laws and rules however. My wife signed the paperwork and the car was for her, she got the finance in her name yet they sent me the welcome letter and totally ignored her. That was issue number 1.Issue 2 was a little more serious....we bought a Ford Territory from them and I drove it to Adelaide on the first week. There was a horrible noise coming from the top of the windscreen. I booked it into a windscreen repair shop once I got to Adelaide....they found the previous (recent) install was so bad that they had to take photos of it as they'd never seen anything quite like it.Upon my return (after $250 repairing the install) I called Blood Toyota Principal about the issue. All I was looking for was either $250 back in cash or even a heavily discounted service when it was due (I'm open to discussion) . Instead I was promised a call back from him.....that was in late September....... still waiting for that call back.So now...I'll simply leave poor feedback and I'll service my car elsewhere. After sale of a car, all a dealership has is it's service to make money on. Its quite odd, they could have easily fixed this whole issue by making good on what should have been common sense. Instead they have ignored me hoping the issue will go away. Financially it might have gone away for them but in the long run, bad feedback travels further. 3.9 stars average for a big dealership......not so great.Edit - its now 2023....still haven't got that call back!

Most definitely the worst customer service I have ever received. And not just by one person by at least 4 staff members there. They should be ashamed of how they speak to their customers and how they treat their customers. I have had several times where things are just not right and not how it should be done. I will never recommend blood toyota in Geelong to anyone, EVER. 100% go elsewhere. they do not deserve your custom.

I am 65 years old man and I have bought so many cars from car dealers, this is the absolute worst in Australia, they are thieves and they their customer services is at troches .The salesperson misleads me and assures me the cancellation fee will only be 1% of the deposit amount, when I cancelled, they took 1% of the purchase amount and it was $350.I contacted their manager to complain, and he literally told me bad luck and to get F@@@@.Unfortunately I did not read the bad reviews in google about this company before contacting them and now I m wasting my time in taking them to the consumer affair.Please stay away and don’t get burned like me.

I would give zero if I could. Booked a road worthy then it was cancelled then told to come back in at the last minute. The service team manager could not have cared less. I asked if she had read the feedback here and she said “that’s not my job”. Good luck if you trust this place with your vehicle.
