We had water damage caused by poor building trade work during construction. It was not clear how the water came in.We scoped the job out to a number of providers. Some came in with a cheap simple solution which clearly wasnt right. Pure Protect reviewed and tested the area and surrounding walls, prepared a report and budgeted the job against the report. Not only was the quote cheaper than other providers, but the time commitment to completion was faster. Pure protect then delivered to the deadline and came in under budget (which they informed us off and invoiced below their quote. Great result all round!

We consider ourselves extremely lucky to have found PureProtect. We were experiencing stormwater flooding in our subfloor, which led to huge amounts of mould buildup and health issues for us.
