Rude staff, who will mess around with your card (charged and reversed charges on my card multiple times) without saying anything, refusing to call back or providing a receipt. Charged me $130 for a quarter of a tank, I think something sketchy is going on and the woman there is stealing money.

Very rude staff. Took 6000 from account saying there was a dint in car knowimg we most defeintly did not have any incident in car. Rented out car to someone else before we could see damage then would not refund the money they took still 3 weeks later do not recommend. ..

Outstanding service with a smile. Would give 10 stars if I could!!Had a car booked with a competitor and when we arrived not only was the desk unmanned, eventually when we found a phone to call them we were told the car type we booked was unavailable as they had sold it a week ago! Approached 2 other competitors who refused to do a one way rental. Finally called Avis and Sarah couldn't do enough to help us. Good price but more importantly gave us the car we wanted and one way rental. Would highly recommend for car rental in Mildura. Family owned and they actually care.....which sadly can't be said for their competitors!!!

Do not rent from Avis mildura especially SARAH. The rudest customer service I have ever experienced! Have already gone to the ombudsman. Be careful they are known to rip you off when using credit cards.
