My rating is not for the finished product but the poor customer service and errors made by Cedar West.1. Hardware we ordered and told was available was not available. (six weeks between our visit and call to advise us)3. Windows were not correctly measured and larger than agreed gaps were left in window openings, this caused the trim not to cover the existing trim lines and now required all window surrounds to be repaired and painted.4. Delivery included" apparently does not include unloading

We only had a vague idea of what we wanted with regards to our front door and Trevor guided us professionally through the different options available. He was very passionate about the Cedar West products and we are delighted with the outcome. Our door still has to be painted but from the photo below I'm sure you will agree, it turned out fantastic. I love the hardware and the fact that he encouraged me to put some on the inside of the door as well, which I think makes it very special. Thanks Trevor for all your assistance and you were a pleasure to deal with!
